Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

We went to eat breakfast and we were told that the wait for food would be 30-45 minutes due to a lack of help. We decided to have coffee, hot tea, and muffins because we didn’t have enough time to wait. We appreciated the managers honesty and being up-front about the wait. He was extremely apologetic and kind, just like his wait staff! Service was quick and we were well taken care of! Everyone did a great job under the circumstances!! Thank you!

I don’t know who our waitress was but she was absolutely amazing, kind, relatable, respectful, understanding, and most of all very professional and Patient! We went graduation night! So 5/31/24. We arrived at 8:45 ish. There was only one server and one cook. We ended up staying as we didn’t have any plans and really wanted there food! We ended up behind a really large group of 10+ people. We ended up waiting till about 9:30 to get our order taken. The whole time the waitress was running around doing her job, she was constantly checking in on people and apologizing. Well as we were waiting about 10 hits and she realized our food wasn’t given to us. She apologized over and over. We were not upset with this at all as we understand there’s not a lot of staff there and accidents happen. She ended up retaking our order and they covered our tab. Our bill was about 50$. We ended up getting our food around 10:30ish! Food was absolutely amazing! We ended up buying a cookie and leaving a decent tip! Perkins you have amazing waitress and I wish I would have gotten her name! Thank you for being so professional! Keep up the good work it will get better!

Had a favorite standby--fish & shrimp served with rice pilaf & asparagus. The were busy but we were served in a timely manner with refills of our drinks. As for other favorites they do not list them on their choices list though they are on the menu. Like their tomato basil soup. Just found a new favorite drink--peach iced tea.

Victoria, the new manager, was phenomenal! She has obviously put her best foot forward turning this Perkins around, cleaning it up, and getting it staffed. Being a manager, you are constantly juggling a million things at once, and she never stopped smiling! Highly recommend

We stopped in Friday night after a long day for 1/2 price apps! Service and food were fabulous! I didn't catch the new managers name but she was great.

I stopped by for dinner this past week. It has been a while since I have been here and I must say it is obvious that the new manager is committed to running a very clean restaurant! To top it off the food and service were excellent. I'll be back.

Ashley was AMAZING and so welcoming and friendly. The food came out so fast and was so good. Definitely recommend this place for a late night treat

Waitress was working basically alone and did an excellent job. She continued to check on us even though she was very busy.

Food was yummy and fast, waitress was very friendly!! let us sit there for hours and talk!! so welcoming!

The waitress was prompt about greeting us, taking our drink order and food order 😃 The Strawberry French Toast and Granny Omelette was brought out very quickly and was presented as in the picture and tasted just like it looked! Delicious!

I felt so welcome in the reasurant and very much enjoyed my food. The pie was excellent as well as the service. I will most definitely come back here.

The meal was really good but my wife got the new dinner platter and the steak had alot of grizzle in it they said they were trying a new company but other then that it was awesome

The waitress was great, however, there was only one cook on staff which impacted the wait time to receive my food. It's unfortunate that this establishment is having staffing difficulties

Alot on my mind lately. As I waited I felt myself relaxing. I was greeted by a smile. First choice of food didn't happen. Waited a bit for my food. Just played with my phone. Ordered pie. Christine talked me right into it. 😊 I waited quite a bit. The look on her face when she looked at me made me giggle.😄 She bolted and got the forgotten pie. Thank you. I have worked in the food industry. Not an easy job. She was courteous. Friendly. Apologetic for the pie oops. I am writing to say she made a sideways day much better. Thank you. Bless you. We had an amazing server with a great attitude for the time we came in. The food was really good and the atmosphere was extremely calm and cozy to be in.

Julie was our server was amazing. She was kind cheerful and clever. Mindy the manager was also super helpful when questions came up. We will be back!
