Harbor Freight Tools

This is like a candy store for my husband! They have a lot of inventory and some very reasonable prices on many things.

Checked the website prior to visiting the store and knew they had what I was looking for. Cool store to check out all the different tools available! Found more than I needed! Friendly general manager too!

So first off I’d like to say that finding the series 3 U.S. general 72” rolling chest was damn near impossible. I called around for 2 days to every single harbor freight. Only to be told they’re pre order only. Can’t pay over the phone with a credit card. You have to go to a store and order one. Then every store I called said they are getting multiple calls daily for this chest. That right there would tell me I should stock a few. Sure some stores might not have the room, but come on you could keep a couple on hand. Also delivery times differ with color. Also ordering online is a pain from what I’ve heard. My luck changed when I called the store in Baxter. They had the exact color I was looking for to top it off. The store was 2.5 hours away, but I needed this chest by Monday. I asked if they could hold it for 24 hours. At first they said due to policy they could only hold it for 2 hours. I explained my situation and they agreed to help me out. I drove all the way up there, and I can’t say enough how happy I was to see my name on the box. Dylan and 2 other guys I didn’t catch their names were rockstars and helped me get loaded, and helped with my tail gate that got jammed. I haven’t even opened the box yet and am already completely happy with my experience in Baxter. Thanks again boys.

I'd say the tools are mid grade with decent prices. I love my toolbox I bought from them 3 years ago. I've bought lots of things from them and had no problems. Helpful staff too.

Good deals for the most part. Was looking for a cheap tile saw and they had what I needed. Friendly staff and helpful. Good selection of tools. The store was clean and neat. Some of their tools are just what you need at a good price. I will say you do need to be careful about what you buy as some things are less trust worthy than others but overall i have no complaints.

Very clean store! I know it's like brand new but they really are staying on top of maintaining it. Lots of friendly staff, very easy to talk to and they weren't "to busy" to help me out. Found what I needed and a few things I really didn't but got them anyways. Got a little discount with their loyalty program and left a happy customer.

Found everything I needed easily, helpful staff and the checkout dude was very knowledgeable, and helped me make some last minute decisions. I have The inside track card membership and saved myself over 40 dollers this visit. Harbour freight is a great place for your auto tools, impacts, and general things. Highly recommended.

Even when I was let down by a employee that made a mistake at the Brainerd store the others made it right without making me feel bad or pointing blame like most stores do!!! Very Fair and honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Just great people and great products at a great price!!! “😜The products are at a great price not the people lol” these day you got be clear on what you say and how you say it!!!!

1st time I was there. Super clean compared to a different Harbor Freight store I had been in before.

I don't like this place, I spent too much money there. Lol wish they had more a selection of sandpaper tho, for the vibrating sanders, the older styles not the square , round or the triangle ones. Great store tho.

I bought online & had an issue with an item. Their online phone customer service was terrible, so I called the local store here in town which was the best move!! The manager was friendly, fast & made it simple. Great store, great people & great local service.

Good Tools for great prices...people say its cheap made stuff but if you pay 50 dollars for a 300+ set and it lasts a couple months then you should be happy...I love their products
