Pulled into dealership at 1;54pm with charging issues. Was told to drop my trailer, they didn't know where they would put the truck or who would work on it but they would take care of it. I was pulling out of their yard at 4:14pm repaired and charged a fair price for the work. Employees were courteous and professional. I will recommend North Central Mankato when I have the opportunity.

Andy in service and whole service team is amazing. We take our trucks there all the time. Last time we took truck in part was a month out. Like most know can't be down that long. They went above and beyond for us and got part in a week and got it in right away. Got us back on the road taking care of our customers.

We had an 2019 International LT breakdown and was taken to your Mankato location. The first bit of bad news, the Transmission had failed and would need to be replaced. The 2nd bit of bad news a replacement transmission was not available and we were looking at 8 - 10 weeks before one would be made available. Andy Buysee and the service team at the Mankato location stepped up to the plate and after numerous emails and phone calls to the OEM's and Supplier Reps, a transmission was located and the customer was back on the road inside of 3 weeks. It sure was a pleasure dealing with Andy and rare to find someone who truly cares about the Customer. Thank You

Took our company truck into them. Had long list of things that needed fixing. Was expecting to take a few days. Got call from Andy it was done today. Everything working great! Thanks much.

Update still doing great job. Two years later. Had truck break and got me fixed in two hours. The staff is great Andy and Kyle took care of our needs everytime.

Paul the technician did a great job diagnosing my 2014 prostar with air in fuel line then bad fuel pump. Then he replaced it by next day. Total time at shop about 24hrs. Service manager and reps were fair and actually fixed my truck for less than quoted and Beth did great followup! Other shops should ask these guys how to earn loyalty. Keep up the good work NCI N Mankato MN!!!

Fantastic service!!!! Bought a 2021 international LT from there and Brent Voss was a super great sales person. He went out of his way to make sure the truck was ready when I picked it up.

We had one of our International LT trucks limp in to North Central Mankato. The service department got it right in and diagnosed the issue. The clutch was replaced and the truck was ready to go the next day. Thank You to all !
