I stopped in shortly before close as I needed to replace my windshield wiper that had broken off & also needed a headlight. Both guys working were great. They searched through boxes looking for an adapter for my wiper that broke so they could fix it for free instead of selling me a new blade (they didn't find the piece but it's the thought that counts) After I made my purchases the guy came out and changed my headlight & wiper for me. Excellent customer service. I'll be going back for all of my vehicle maintenance needs in the future!

The people here are very nice. A belt on my pickup broke, and they pretty much printed off the diagram and gave me the tools to repair it in the parking lot.

Good service, great selection of on hand parts, they can also order in hard to find items. The person we worked with was funny, knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone was so helpful and very pleasant. We were traveling through the area and barely made it into town as the alternator was going out. They helped us get our car started again, sold us an alternator, and offered suggestions of where might be able to install it. We were able to get it fixed and got on our way thanks to the staff here. All on a Saturday of a holiday weekend.

I am truly impressed with the customer service here. I'd like to say thank you to David for listening to what was happening with my vehicle and mentioning someone within the area that could help with my electrical issue and diagnosing it further. I called them after you gave me the phone number and was met with great customer service as well. As a female, I do not know all the terminology in the auto world and you do not take advantage of that. My kids received crayons and a notepad while waiting as well. My vehicle stopped running while at a bank drive thru. I had called them. They said if I'm able to get it there they will take a look right away. After about 10 minutes, I was shocked, a worker came by to see if I needed my battery charged so I could get it there. To Adam and Deanna, you have been wonderful as well each time I've stopped in. Ready and willing to help answer questions or selection of products. O'Reily is a good store but these people make it great. 5 stars. You will be pleased.

They are always so helpful here and with a smile? Oh no. You shouldn't have. But this is a good store. I shop here for parts.

Fantastic service! We were camping in Itasca and had to come up for a battery/alternator check. All three employees were extremely helpful and got us back on the road quickly.

Side note- I stopped at AutoZone first, and had an awful experience. Do not waste your time, go to O Reillys first.

I am an employee at a different Oreilly's and they got me in the system and right out the door very quickly and were very prompt and professional

If you like small town help, where people try to get to know you just not your parts then come here. David the manager is a great guy, even helped me out when I hit a deer on his way home from work. Great place for parts

Steph found me wandering the isles and pointed me in the right direction. Great service at this location, even tho they were very busy.

I needed to go in and replace the battery from the vehicle. The employees Russ and Levi were great help. This battery was a consistent struggle for the vehicle I was installing it in. They had nothing but solutions to my problems and did it all with a smile on their face. O'Reilly's customer service is the best I have seen out of all the auto part stores in Bemidji. If you learn from experiences please learn from mine. Thank you gentleman for your help you were great assistance and all about satisfying the customer.

Additive prices willing to match prices even for online bids I recommend this place if you're looking for a good deal to help install batteries wipers and are willing to take in old batteries for a $10 core

O'reilly's is my go to parts store, I drive an old body style truck which I love and want to keep on the road, O'reilly's often has what I need in stock, has tools I can rent or borrow to use in their parking lot, and their staff is super helpful.
The ignition lock cylinder in my truck stopped working recently after 300,000 miles and who knows how many key turns it wasn't a shock but it left me shorting the starter to start the truck in the middle of winter. No fun. O'reilly's had a new one in stock it wasn't expensive and I installed it in an hour in their lot. New keys ready to go.

They had what I needed, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Even when I couldn't return a product because i destroyed the packaging, they were nice about it and explained why they couldn't take it.

Always has what I need for my vehicle. The staff is always helpful.
