I would like to start off by saying it is often a hassle filling prescriptions here, but it is not the employees fault. They are simply short staffed. Every time I come in, the workers are being verbally abused by customers for not being quick enough. Every CVS pharmacy employee I have talked to has been so kind and handled themselves with grace. I applaud them for working in such stressful conditions.

Honestly, I want apologize to the staff at this store, I may have left left a terrible review out of frustration. But that isn't how I would act in person, so I don't know why I did online. Secondly, I want to say that if you have a medication you need right away, please go to the store. They do not have the staff to answer phones, or even process RX's the same day that they are sent to them. From what I can tell they are down to two staff (in pharmacy) members and are in desperate need of help. I really hope that they are able to get staff on. The people who are there are overwhelmed and over stressed and are absolutely lovely people, please know that they are doing everything in their power.

Carol, the Bemidji store clerk was extremely helpful to me finding products and price checking. There was a sale price discrepancy that Carol needed help reconciling with store manager, Felicia. Felicia needs big time training with her customer service skills. She ignored me, the customer, and seemed annoyed that Carol needed her help. After checking the sale shelf, Felicia decided that the product I chose wasn’t on sale because a number didn’t match, but the description on the sale sign was clear about the sale price. First off, false advertising. Secondly, this was not my problem, but I was punished for it. Third, no apology from Felicia. Actually, she continued to ignore my presence. What a crabby pants!!! I recommend much more customer service and management training (product pricing commitments) for Miss Felicia. I will not be using this store again. Walgreens is one block away.

Pretty awful experiences at CVS.... prescriptions aren't ready when promised and waits at the pharmacy are unreasonably long. This business appears understaffed. I've had numerous times where I spent several minutes waiting to be checked out... CVS finally added an automated checkout, but when something goes wrong and you need a staff override, good luck! Due to a Sanford mess-up, I had concurrent medications for the same condition. CVS filled them both and didn't even catch that I'd be way overmedicated if I took them both. Too big/busy to care, which could be potentially deadly for their pharmacy customers.

I hate to post negative reviews, but this store is close to losing me as a customer. It’s not the fault of the people working there; they’re overtaxed. It’s either a management or a corporate problem. The staff isn’t sufficient to handle the customers they have, and it reflects badly on the store. I fear that this place may fail, unless they figure out their problems, and take steps to solve them. My wife and I have been CVS customers for years. We used a store in north Fargo that was great. Unfortunately, this store is about the polar opposite of that location. I sure hope they get things figured out, or this place will close.

The woman managing this place is either bipolar or extremely insane…so unprofessional, rude and condescending. How she’s able to keep a role in management says a lot about CVS. They clearly do NOT care about their customer’s experiences, or the other employees that have to put up with this absolutely degrading behavior. Save your time, money and sanity and go a block over to Walgreens where you will be greeted with a smile, by kind, SANE managers. Not to mention Walgreens is actually CLEAN. Do they not wonder why they can’t keep any employees? IT ALL COMES DOWN TO MANAGEMENT.

Scripts never filled in a timely manner. Example: appointment with specialist who then "called in" antibiotic prescription. 24 hours later, it was still not ready. Closed drive through window as I was pulling up and required me to park and enter store to learn it was not yet ready. They have to take time to address these needs; therefore, people who have a prescription "called in" today have to wait until tomorrow. The pharmacy whose customer list was sold to CVS here a few years ago was always prepared with new prescription when you drove directly there from clinic. They were staffed adequately and everyone went out of their way to provide customer service. For the largest pharmacy chain in the US, CVS falls sadly short in their role as part of the health care system. I do not understand how it can maintain its role as a licensed provider pharmacy.

Management should be fired at this branch. Having people waiting in line for hours just to get their meds started because they will not answer the phone. Then have to wait hours just for them to do the refill. Elderly forced to stand and wait. I've moved my business elsewhere. Can't do business with a pharmacy that won't answer the phone or update website status so you don't have to make multiple trips just to wait in line again.

Called to fill a prescription on 7:32 pm this evening and was put on holding they would help momentary over and over. At 8:17 pm I called from our other phone, still on hold and talked to front part of store and asked if they were going to take my call. Guy was very nice but told me they had left. Now tell me is that what they learn in their 8 years of college. I would say they do not like their job and they should look else where and not in the medical field. That USA negative one star
