Ox Yoke Inn

I ordered the prime rib dinner with au gratin potatoes and a Caesar salad. Great food for a great price. Really friendly staff. I would suggest getting there by 5:30 as it gets really busy.

We have been eating here for 40 years. It's a quaint, little place just down the road from us and 1/2 block from the Luce Line Trail. All kinds of yummy burgers to choose from!

Always a favorite. The chicken tenders are sooo tasty! The breading flavor is awesome. Burgers are solid. Fries as hot and crispy. Just a great place to go for awesome affordable food and great service.

I ordered the chicken wing basket.
It came with 10 wings, Cole slaw and French fries
I thought, I will never finish all of those. But guess what? I finished all of the entire basket. My friends had other items that were quite delicious.
This was during the pandemic, 8-24-2020.

Quality food, good prices, very nice wait staff. They served our group of 10 very quickly, and the orders were perfect.

I would say it’s one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in a long time. Had onion rings for a appetizer they were excellent. And the prime rib was too die for. And my husband had the broiled walleye. The side dishes also had no complaints about. Definitely would go back there when I’m in the area.

Always a great choice, weather after a round of golf, casual lunch, or special occasions.

We had a lovely lunch for my daughter's 21st birthday. She had her first drink from the bar and a complimentary piece of chocolate cake!

Stopped while bike riding. Wow, fabulous burger, but the hot crunchy French fries were the best. Husband had a cup of very good clam chowder. Will stop again!!!!

I have been eating at Ox Yoke since I was an infant. Today I brought my one year old daughter to continue the tradition! We got fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and a rachel sandwich. We loved everything. Certainly the best rachel sandwich you can find. Friendly staff, great food, pleasant environment, and prices that make sense. And we love the owners!

Had the prime rib it was pretty good they could do with better presentation and more aju but all and all it was good.

Danny makes you feel at home she is a good waitress just like all the food!!!

I met a friend for dinner and the food was amazing! The portions are huge and reasonably priced.
The staff was friendly and servjce was fast.

Always great stopping in whether it be on snowmobile, car or bike! Best home made Blu cheese dressing in the county. My Grandson always comments" they have the best water ever!!"

I've been going here for years, a little hidden gem in the town of lyndale.

We stopped by the Ox Yoke Inn on a snowmobile trail ride on Saturday February 11, 2023. The North West Trails Association's trail system goes right by the Inn. There was a very nice/pretty waitress/server there. Best described as a middle aged lady. She treated us very well and made us feel welcome and appreciated that we stopped in for a snack and a beverage. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but, I want to thank her for the great service and experience she provided at the Ox Yoke Inn!! 😁

My wife and I usually come to Ox Yoke every Sunday for breakfast. Our family of 12 came in last Saturday morning for breakfast with our Granddaughters that were home from college. Our reserved tables were all set when we arrived. The food was great as usual and our server, Chantal, as usual, was outstanding. With 12 people, most ordering a variation of something on the menu, Chantal got everyone's order perfect with a friendly smile, making it a great experience for all of us!

Lovely place. It's a good traditionally German food place. We loved the food. A little too pricey but was quite worth it. The staff is life and our waiter helped us figure out what we wanted. He was very patient and kind. We enjoyed everything in it.
Highly recommended.

Definitely a mom and pop feel restaurant with great food!!!
