This place is so fun! Such a fun and friendly environment. The hot rock is a bit pricy, but if you're picky about your beef you will be very pleased! Our table of 8 all enjoyed our dishes. Thank you!!

I can't say enough about Shabu! Not our first visit yet I continue to be impressed at every turn. Aimee, our server Nick, and the entire staff here shine. So attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Absolutely delicious food served with great presentation and speed. Some of our favorite staples are the wagyu served with the hot rock for searing. The blistered green beans, sushi, noodles, and even the delicious salads. It's a must visit while in Park city. Get a reservation early as this place is on everyone's radar!
We will absolutely visit and recommend any chance we get!!

Sat at the bar, Tim and the crew where very engaging in what we liked, were interested in, and did a very good job of matching our likes to what they have, and not trying to over serve. The 2 ladies working front end were great. And the Owner was kind enough for a quick accommodation. Firecracker Shrimp was quite an excellent start, they made it a nice stand out dish. Ocean Trout and Hamachi were also tasty

Amazing!! We did the dine about so the prices were discounted a bit. I think the Poke Bowl was my favorite.

Food and atmosphere are awesome!.. and the Sushi chefs treated us very very well.

Went for a work event. Brought my wife back two days later due to such a great experience. Green beans and shishuto peppers were great. Loved the mochi. Loved the experience. We will be coming back.

The food is amazing! Best green beans and peppers I've ever had. We also loved the yellowtail and the hot rock waygu. Tried the hot pot and it was the perfect heat level to warm your bones after a day on the mountain (we ordered a second one!).

My favorite restaurant and one that I always frequent when I'm in town.

The service here is always top notch (shout out to Tim & Chelsey!) and the food is always consistent.

Everything on the menu is fantastic and by far the best Asian food in Park City.

The staff was awesome in getting us in for dinner service by having us put our name on a waiting list for two. Once our time came up, we were notified and called that it was our time to sit. Once in, our server Kurt informed us on how it all worked. We also allowed Kurt to make recommendations. All the food was awesome. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Only five stars is not enough, they exceeded all expectations.

The wagyu beef was some of the best wagyu we have ever eaten! It was such a fun presentation and experience. We also loved the scallop and pear salad.

Service was great! We are so happy with our experience here.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere at Shabu. We were seated at the back, near the kitchen, but we actually preferred being there as it is a very crowded restaurant and we got a breeze when the back door was open. We also were served by the sushi chef, Jesus, so we were never lacking for service!

We ordered the Freestyle Edamame (which is unlike any Edamame you've ever had in a fantastic way...that's mild garlic in there!), two rolls (the Hachimitsu & Yellow Widow) which were fabulous, the Hot Rock with American Waygu (which was ridiculously tender), and the pork bao buns (which were very tasty, but could have used thicker slices of pork). We would go back again in a heartbeat...just make your reservations early!

Ate here with a group of 14 on my bachelorette. Amazing vibes, great food, great service. Would highly recommend. If you don’t like loud restaurants this is definitely not the place for you. If you do - hear on over!

Cannot say enough about our experience. We’ve been here many times before in season but have never been seated at the Sushi Bar. Amy was able to accommodate our late request for a reservation and told us we’d have the best seat in the house. We were hesitant because we thought we wouldn’t be able to talk to each other- but we were wrong! it was such a comfortable and interactive experience. The team CJ, Tim and Arvin at the sushi bar did not disappoint! They personally recommended and made everything we tried. Once they realized we were more adventurous- they made the most creative and delicious little special plates for us. Do not miss this experience- we called it dinner and a show! thanks all for such a great end to a fabulous weekend in PC!!!! we will be back!

The food was wonderful. Blacken Cod and Fire Shrimp perfect. The atmosphere is very noisy, and patrons sit in such close proximity, impossible to talk without raising your voice.

We truly had the best sushi and customer service we've had in a long time. High quality food. Great vibe. Shout out to the people who provided a great experience for us in Park City-- Tim, Zac, Jameson and Chotch.. you guys rock! Can't wait to come back!

Secret local spot. Amazing. Jamison was is a great server / bartender. Sushi was very fresh and good. The choices are immense. We sat at the bar where received great service. This place is a gem. We can't wait to return to Park City.

We sat directly in front of the chef and it was so fun. We had stone wagyu and a lot of sushi. Everything tasted very fresh and service was fast. Will definelty go next time in town.

Sushi and sake!!! What a blast. Atmosphere is great, service is great, food is even better. I had a wonderful time here and always stop in whenever I’m in park city.
I didn’t realize they had a “death roll” on the menu, and immediately jumped on it.
Most menus lie. Service tells you it’s hot, it’s spicy, be careful, blah blah blah.
Shabu did not lie. Habanero and dry pepper rub spiced fried crab roll!? IT SLAPPED
I LOVED IT. If you like spicy, and don’t mind melting from the inside on the mountain the next day, get you some. I’ll be back baby. Even if I gotta fight my onesie in a public restroom in sub zero weather while sweating profusely because my belly is trembling. WORTH
On a serious note: fun restaurant, high priced but the atmosphere is why you go. Make reservations as it’s always busy.

Very very fresh sushi, and a very nice environment and people. I quote my little sister who is the pickets eater on earth said "There is joy in my tummy" When she ate the hot rock.

Jameson and Zach at the bar were the best! If you get a chance to grab a bar seat instead of a table, take it! They had the best suggestions and offered personable, tentative service. Will be back at least 3 times a week. Love this place :))
