I always tend to visit Deal Lake Bar Co with a friend or two just looking to grab a quick bite and beer. Great for a solo visit once in a while too. I know I can always count on a solid menu and rotating beer selection. Something for everyone. It’s always great to catch up with my favorite bartender, James, too. He’s quick to extend a friendly welcome and offer up the best seat in the house. He makes it hard not to feel at home while sharing updates about the menu and beer selections over genuine and lighthearted conversation. I’m always impressed with his knowledge of the menu and ability to so quickly answer questions about ingredients and accommodate dietary restrictions. And, if you’re into cocktail culture make sure to ask James for a sample of his latest off-menu muddled cocktail. He’s always challenging himself to work with new flavors and is appreciative of constructive feedback on his fresh-squeezed innovations. But, if you’re fortunate enough to visit James in the summer months, sipping on one of his seasonal specialty frozen drinks while enjoying views of the Lake is the most welcome refreshment. Whether you’re just passing through the area, or considering a new local watering hole, definitely check out Deal Lake Bar Co…. and don’t be shy about calling ahead first to ask James to save you a seat.

Great place. Good food. Friendly bar tenders. Our go-to for Bingo on Wednesday nights. Nice outdoor patio when weather is warm.

Been here quite a few times with friends and family. It’s a great little spot to have drinks at especially with Jason as our bartender! He’s one of the main reasons we come back. Definitely creates a fun welcoming experience and his drinks are always on point. Ask for one of his espresso martinis, you will not be disappointed!

Came here with a couple of friends and received the best service I could get. We had a great server. We also LOVED our host Allie (or Ally/Ali? not sure of the spelling). She was very quick and knowledgeable of the menu. I typically like to ask the host their opinions on the best drinks and entrees wherever we go, and her recommendations were spectacular. I had the brie wagyu burger and the Mac and cheese. Thank you Allie and Deal Lake Bar for a spectacular meal!!

James is truly the BEST. He knows how to make the perfect drink as well as making sure you are having a great experience during your time there. You can tell that he genuinely cares about how you are doing and to make sure you are having the best experience.

I don’t usually write reviews but my wife and I had such an enjoyable experience I must give credit where credit is due. Last Saturday night my wife and I decided to go to Deal Lake bar and co. for a cocktail and a bite to eat. We decided to sit at the bar instead of opting for a table, because sitting at the bar tends to be a bit more fun and fortunately for us we were right. We had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful gentleman by the name of James. He greeted us with a warm smile and friendly disposition, and started us off with a cocktail right away. I asked him to recommend a bourbon for myself and a cocktail for my wife. He was quick to recommend Angels Envy for me because it was aged in port wine barrels which comes with an added sweetness and made an Espolon and lemonade for my wife which came to be exactly what she was looking for. For our food I ordered the Nashville hot honey sandwich per our bartender’s recommendation and my wife had the brie wagyu burger both were very good and hit the spot. The food was good the drinks were great but the real star of the show was our bartender James. His quick wit and sense of humor were legendary. He also was an absolute professional behind the bar. He kept us laughing and our drinks full all while simultaneously entertaining multiple guests and serving them food and drink as well . I must admit we weren’t expecting our night out to be so enjoyable and entertaining, but we had an absolutely fabulous time, our faces hurt from laughing at the end of the evening. I definitely recommend sitting at the bar and asking for James, he’s an extremely knowledgeable bartender with a keen sense of humor who will have you laughing in no time. Whether you just want a delicious craft cocktail and a hilarious story, or you’re just looking for a beer and a smile he is the guy you must go see. Cheers

First time going to Deal Lake Bar + Co and had a fabulous experience, our server Julia was absolutely fantastic very attentive, and made the whole experience very personable with her personality. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was a great vibe. We plan on coming back soon!!

I just went for the first time today for a reunion and I loved it! The outside is great for a beautiful, summer day! The environment is very lay back and chill! The food is super good and the bartenders are very friendly!

Went for lunch Oct 19 - Has great outdoor seating, great food and moderate pricing. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing. Indoor seating was spaced apart nicely and they had the bar windows/doors open for good air circulation. There on-line menu (barcode scan) was not able to zoom in to read, very small type. Definitely will go back!

I had an exceptional experience at Deal Lake Bar thanks to James, the bartender. He not only poured fantastic drinks but also recommended their delicious chicken fingers. I won't hesitate to return as long as James is behind the bar. His expertise and friendly service made my visit memorable.

The service at the bar and tables has never been an issue for me, even during the summer season.
There's an outdoor patio with umbrellas at the tables for those days when the sun is blazing. It's nice to even grab a cocktail/mocktail and just relax outside for a bit.

There are plenty of TVs inside where games are always on. They try to accommodate everyone, so if you don't see your sport/game on, don't feel shy asking for it to be put on.

I've only had the Impossible burger, shishito peppers(no sauce), and Brussel sprouts(well done). I cannot comment on any other food items.

VEGAN NOTE:
I always get the vegan Impossible burger with peanut butter. Sounds weird, and I was skeptical at first, but I haven't ordered it without peanut butter since I've tried it. The bun is gluten-free and will fall apart easily. You might think it's stale, but it's just how G.F. bread is.

GLUTEN-FREE NOTE:
You can ask for a gluten-free bun with any sandwich, but there might be an additional cost.

I came out to eat here the other night with my family and honestly some of the best service we've ever had! Bri was our server and she was truly the best, very vocal and honest and just all around sweet and courteous to us all. Will definitely be back again soon

Had the most amazing time with friends and family. Food was phenomenal. Met an amazing bartender named Krista. She was so attentive. Will definitely be back just to sit with her and have great conversations and drinks!

Great indoor outdoor seating and food was fantastic (we had Apple Salad with Old Bay shrimp and the Deal burger with the recommended peanut butter - they were not wrong in the menu it was amazing). There is an outdoor bar as well - not crowded (big place). Recommended. Good for kids as well and lots of parking - clean bathrooms.

Deal beer and Co. has become a staple for us, specifically because of the great service at the bar, with James! It’s hard to come by service like this… He’s attentive, takes care to know what you like, knows the menu inside and out, pays attention to detail, and is full of great drink recommendations, whether spirits, beer or wine.
