Overall, not very friendly. Almost closed-minded. It must be exhausting for them to have to deal with people who need help.

Health and Human Resources… yet they care nothing for your health they only offer resources. May need to rethink their title. If they decline you it’s because their main objective it to get you to pay money to their county in anyway they can take advantage of you.

Does anything go right? Compare their website with other counties. Theirs is designed to make sure you can't easily get ahold of anyone, let alone someone's name. Other counties are not like that.

Workers are pretty nice but only tell you what you want to hear. Kinda disappointed
