This is an unique place to visit. It has chairs and tables to sit, both indoors and outdoors. This is the type of place where you can go and enjoy your time alone or with friends in the presences of the beautiful landscape.

I can't believe that I live only 12 minutes from Manasquan Reservoir. It's such a beautiful place. The sunsets are amazing. I try to visit at least 3 to 4 times a week. What a great place to walk your dog. The place is awesome for kayaking, fishing, jogging, bicycling, photography, dog walking, and just relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature.

I have been here twice: once just to hike and explore the area, and the second, mostly just to be out on the water (tour boat & kayaking). This is such a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy and it offers a lot of different things for people of all ages (and pets) to do. Besides hiking trails, tour boats and kayaking, there are also biking areas, fishing, other boating / water activities, a playground for children and more!

There are also bathrooms (and porta potties), vending machines and a cafeteria. Everything (including the bathrooms and trails) seem to be well maintained and kept clean, too.

The trails here are fairly easy from what I've seen, and if you're lucky, you might spot some beautiful wildlife along the way (I've seen deer, swans, eagles, and more!). I definitely plan on coming back to hike and kayak again, but also to explore what else this place has to offer.

The reservoir is beautiful and water is crystal clear. The reservoir loop trail is a share use trail that’s very wide and mostly shady. There are many parking areas around the lake. There’s a playground on a side of a parking lot by the visitor center. And there are boat ramps over here.

There’s also an environmental center about a mile away from the visitor center, where there’s another parking lot you can park and hike.

Please notice that the trail entrance is not right by the water at visitor center but by a side of the entrance gate. We tried to walk by the water but it’s virtually not accessible.

My husband and I love to kayak! Finally came here on Memorial Day and are crazy for this kayak location! Easy launch site. Beautiful scenery and the birds. Great trails too. Love it!

Wow is this place gorgeous! It is so well maintained. The walking path is dirt and rocks, but very doable and relaxing. You can bring your dog or bike. The water looks so clean and there isn’t a piece of garbage on site. Looking forward to going here when the leaves change to take my pup for a long walk.

Beautiful 5 mile hiking loop with no elevation change and is very stroller and kid friendly. Has a nice playground and a bait shop where you can purchase fishing gear or rent a boat for the day. Would definitely visit again.

Love this place. I was recently there to drop off new sign panels for the pond, big, wildlife and plant life the my students designed a few years ago. I printed extra and thought the visitor center signs could use freshening up.

Great playground. Couldn't go kayaking because of the thunder so we went fishing.

Me & my bf took the dogs out this way, after it being beautiful out, in the 60s then we got caught in that thunderstorm & hail we had to pull over onthe highway but it stopped pretty soon afterwards as we pull into the parking lot the sun's out with a pretty rainbow 🌞⛈🌤🌈

We had my mother's funeral service in the water room. It was everything we could have imagined. Gorgeous, affordable, clean and perfect. We are so grateful for the center. Thank you for everything.

Great reservoir for activities. We biked around the outside loop w/ our 1 year old in the back seat. The exterior loop is not paved so it was a bit bumpy. Still had a blast.
