An electrician was needed after a tree brought down our power lines and damaged our electrical hookup. After several calls only Guaranteed Electric was willing to send someone out that day. They sent someone out immediately, got the job done quickly, and did an excellent job making repairs. We were very grateful to get our power restored on a hot, humid Sunday. Many thanks to Guaranteed Electric for their professional service. Next time we need an electrician they will be the first company we will make a call to.

We need to get power to a camper and found that under ground wires were broken. They came up with a simpler solution that allows us to reuse the wire when we relocate the camper this summer. Highly recommend Guaranteed Electric

They've been very helpful when explaining what needs to get done and my various options. Very trustworthy! You don't seem to find that too much anymore. Highly Recommended!

GES helped us with our kitchen remodel. We knocked out a wall that had electric outlets within it and we were not sure how to adjust them. We called GES, they came and rewired the outlets. They also were able to help us get electric set up for our new permanent dishwasher. They were very professional, with fast service! Highly recommended!

Guaranteed Electric makes you feel like your their "main" priority. I know they deal with multiple customers on a daily basis, yet they have a personable approach to each individual. I would never use anyone else! Its a company who stills knows the meaning of "customer service".

Initially they were responsive and the electrician was excellent and professional. He told me I'll be charged $70 for the service which took him 5 min to fix. However I'm giving 1 star to the poor response from the customer service lady who ignored that and insisted that I should pay $122 for a 5 minute job. A clear disconnect between the service provided and the pricing given by someone sitting behind the phone. Kind of rip off, I will definitely call someone else next time.

Unfortunately, I would not recommended this business to anyone. If you have the unfortunate luck to deal with the people who run this establishment, run in the opposite direction. Do yourself a favor and find a different electrician service.

Called to ask for an estimate on some electrical work I needed done. Said they were not interested in doing the work I needed completed. Rude and unprofessional to say the least.
