County Dental at Fishkill

I had a great visit. Naomi recognized me and checked me in before I ask and I sat down for 5 minutes before I was called even though I was early. The assistant to the hygienist was very pleasant and the hygienist was very courteous and explained what she was going to do. When she was done, she walked me to the front desk where I was given a return appointment and paid my co/pay. I requested a letter for my employer and it was done while I checked out. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. A+

My family has had an outstanding experience at this dental office! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The hygienist Katelyn was wonderful and gentle with my son making him feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a welcoming environment!

County Dental Fishkill is top notch! Not only were they able to accommodate my emergency, their care and attention was beyond my expectation. The doctors were caring and concerned for my well being and phobia. They explained the process carefully. I am especially grateful to Will for his care and tactful xray screening. I look forward to receiving my treatment there for the upcoming months.

The oral surgeon and the assistant were very professional, considerate, and kind. They made me to feel at ease and the extraction was done timely. Explained in detail what they were doing and the after care instructions were made plain. The prescribed medication was called into the pharmacy in a timely manner as well. Job well done. Would highly recommend the oral surgeon.

Had my first visit the other day, such a great office and staff there! The front office staff were very helpful with all of my insurance questions and setting up my appointment. My assistant was great and very accommodating especially when taking my xrays. Dr. Patel was great and answered all my questions and concerns that i had.

Very thorough and informative. Staff is super friendly and caring too which makes this a very great place for your dental needs.

All I can say is EXCELLENT WORK DONE BY THE DENTIST, DENTAL ASSISTANT, ALL OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF, AND OFFICE MANAGER. From the quality of work done, the gentle care given and patience shown to me, to the warm welcome into the office by my name, and keeping me informed of my treatment plan and my available benefits throughout is what patient care model should be like.

Love this office. Receptionists greet you and they’re friendly. No wait time. Exam rooms are immaculate. Dental tech was professional and patient.
Dental hygienist had a great bedside manner. She was patient with me due to my PTSD from other area, dental offices.
Dentist was in and out in a flash.

Been using County Dental for my family and I over the last 15 yrs or more , and always appreciate their professionalism, dedication and commitment to our needs. Will miss the Fishkill office team as we relocate to another state soon. Thank you !!!

Very good experiences at this dental practice since moving to Dutchess County. Office staff and dental staff all are great at their jobs.

The staff was very nice, attentive and professional. The doctor was very thorough and was not tryin to give me procedures that I didn’t really need. I love this place!

Receiving Dental care here has always been a very good experience. They care to your needs, recommend what is needed and never are pushy.

Absolutely love this dentist office! The staff is amazing and Dr. Patel is fast and efficient. My hygienist Corina is the sweetest and really cares about the health of your teeth. Super genuine staff and overall a family feel. Couldn’t been happier with the service.

Update: still very efficient and on time. My interest and theirs is preventative care, which we are achieving.

They were able to get me in quickly due to a cancellation. The office was clean and comfortable (temperature wise) and the staff was knowledgeable. Kaitlin(?) did a great job taking my medical history and x-rays, Erica was an efficient hygienist with helpful tips for my oral health, and Dr. Patel was able to diagnose a problem I didn’t realize I had before it became painful or swollen.

Dr Patel is fantastic and the lady at the desk worked out my insurance by calling the carrier because I didn’t have a permanent card

Dental visits in general make me very nervous. This was my first visit at your office. But I have to say from start to finish it was a very positive (and FAST) experience. I wasn’t nervous. The staff was amazing! Especially Kaitlin, the hygienist. So gentle and reassuring. I made an appt for 6 months from now and I can honestly say I’m not dreading it lol.

The best experience with a dental practice I've had in a long time. The dentist is excellent and takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions. The dental assistants are terrific. The front office staff is professional and always follows through with cost inquiries as promised. Nice office environment and always on-time.
