Great water, great service, and great people! Trevor gave me lots of information, helped me to understand what my needs were and just as importantly told me what I didn't need. I truly appreciate working with him because I know he is out for my best interest. Also, whenever I have a question he responds quickly and provides a solution. There was an issue with the water pressure and he had a plumber to our business in less than 24 hours. It turned out to be an issue that was completely unrelated to the system we had installed but they fixed it promptly. It is so nice to know that I can count on McGowan and Trevor to take care of it and for me to have one less thing to worry about as a business owner. And the water tastes GREAT!

What an absolutely wonderful company McGowan Water is. Their staff is second to none. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received, the knowledge they shared and the WONDERFUL staff they have. From the first ring to the companys phone to weeks after our softner installation to the day we got our first bill. The receptionists notes were detailed and she didn’t miss ANYTHING I told her.

We've been McGowan's customers since we bought our first home back in 1994. Fabulous customer service, prices and products. We recently had Trevor Wagoner come out just to check out our system and he was fast, efficient, friendly and all around honest and decent. Could have tried to upsell us something, but instead told us everything we had worked perfectly! I will continue to buy my salt and water filters there because of their honesty!

Thank you for the great work! We moved into a new place and the water started getting really smelly and grey. McGowan Water was able to send someone over to look at it right away and within a week they had the problem fixed with new equipment. The best part was that their technicians even laid down covering over the floors so that they didn't track any dirt and grime onto our carpets. This was very thoughtful!

I contacted just to have my softener checked and within the next day Trevor came out and tested the water and made a few tweaks to our softener. He does things in a timely manner and is very polite to people. You can tell that he cares about his job.

Emailed Trevor late on a Tuesday evening in need of 32 bags of salt and had them before noon the next day. Great, fast service!
