WM - Mankato Hauling & Transfer Station

I transferred my service from Rochester to Garden City with ease. The billing is simple and clear. There service is timely. Although recycling is not available in the country, I am able to bring my recycling to the Mankato Recycling Center at no charge. Its quick and easy!

Our driver is the best. I was moving snow, the can was in the snow packed area, he set it down in the area that I had already cleaned saving me a trip. I appreciate the extra effort. THANKS!

The cost to have them take both garbage and recycling is lower than other companies that serve our area. Waste Management shows up as promised and communicates well when there will be a change in the schedule.

Really like the proactive service notifications and the condition of the site after pickup has occurred. The drivers seem genuinely concerned with keeping things clean and free of debris when they leave.

You are always there early in the morning and do a great job in getting rid of my trash.

No issues, the workers/driver I haven't met unfortuantely because I haven't been home when they have picked up, but no complaints, I hope they know they do an awesome job.

Waste Management is prompt with their pick ups and reasonable in cost. If a pick up is missed due to weather or holidays, they always communicate when pick up will be.
