So glad I found this company! They sell my favorite French Rhodia notebooks. My order was shipped on time but was delayed quite a bit because USPS never delivered the package. But I contacted customer service and Ed Bauer was able to help me meet my deadline and shipped another order with Fedex 2 day at no charge. Thank you so much. I will definitely order again.

How long has it been since you've received excellent customer service? For me, it was today! The calendar I've been ordering for years dropped the address book it normally includes. I wrote Classic Office Products customer service; they checked with the company that makes the calendar (and passed along my dismay at the change); and are modifying another calendar to fit the one I already have. I am so pleased with Classic Office Products that I volunteered to write this review! I look forward to dealing with them for years to come.

Have ordered from Classic Office Products at least a dozen times. They have a great selection of hard to find Exacompta products for example. Their customer service is stellar. Key example. I needed a couple things in 2 days in California (they are in NJ). Ordered on a Saturday, put in comments that i needed express shipping. Got quick email reply that they would expedite shipping. Package received Monday late afternoon!
Fast, kept their promise, all for a $100 order.
