I love this, Barnes & Noble! Everyone on the staff at this location is always very helpful If you’re not quite sure of where to find a book or what gift to buy, they are very knowledgeable. There is a Starbucks in this location and I think Barnes & Noble’s has one of the best reward programs, so it’s worth the membership cost each year more than pay for itself. Handicap accessible.. Handicap parking in the front.

Barnes & Nobles has always been a very good store especially in all varieties of the "eye candy" items, they offer👍.
This time I visited, I was very disappointed to learn that they no longer carry a magazine publication, (see photo), but I don't think it's unnecessarily B&N's fault.
It's increasingly getting harder to find this book anywhere.

Went in to pick up an online order, so my experience is limited to the person who checked me out. She was fantastically friendly and seemed genuinely thrilled that we were there! And it wasn't because it was slow, the line was quite long (moved really fast though). What a lovely experience!

What a great stop. This place spills over with nostalgia for me. The many visits with the kids when they were growing up include the children's book section, the coffee shop, the variety of Lego collectables. And of course how could we forget bringing Brett here as a little kid on the nights of some of the Harry Potter releases. Good times.

Stopped in to my local BN yesterday and was greeted right away by friendly staff. Great sale on hardcover books and I found a book by one of my favorite authors 50% off, wasn't even looking for that! Store was really busy, was able to get through the line in less than 5 minutes! Headed over to the cafe and again, fast line and super friendly staff!

Very large and spacious B&N!! Very comfortable with a nice cafe area. Large selections in all areas, even chess and philosophy(!!). If you’re in the Mad City area or visiting town this is a great place to stop by for some new reads and to hang out for some cafe items. I will always stop back by when I’m in the area. Nice book store locations (independent or not) are getting harder and harder to find. I shop Amazon like most everyone else but I would consider it a tragedy to lose our brick and mortar local book stores as a place for gathering, socializing or just plain hanging out. I hope to see you there sometime. Cheers !!

Had a blast visiting this location yesterday with friends. It's so big and there are so many cute and quirky things like stuffed animals, puzzles, board games, cards, stickers, bookmarks, etc. The book collection is huge and the employees are nice. Just wish it wasn't in the middle of a giant sea of parking lots.

This is by far the biggest Barnes &, Noble I have ever seen!! All the employees are super nice and helpful and they have an amazing selection of books.

I have been coming to this store for more than 20 years ! I believe it's been that long.
It could use some comfortable seating areas but the selection is unbeatable!

Best book store I've been to.
Great music section, albums and all.
I got lost for 2 hours, made it a quarter of the way through the store.

Besides the obvious, massive assortment of Dungeons and Dragons books, board games, card games, and even music. Nice staff, clean building and decent pricing.

Had what I needed and so much more!

Great way to spend a few hours! An excellent selection of not only books, but also periodicals, maps, albums, CDs, games, toys, and gifts! My only complaint is there are no chairs or couches to sit down and relax in the shopping area.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the book selection is always great. And they always have an awesome selection of other things, especially around the holiday season.

Absolutely love this location. I was in town from Denver, and I love to check out B & N's because different cities always highlight different books. I was pleasantly surprised by this location! It is enormous! I could have easily spent hours here. The selection is beyond any I've ever seen at a B & N. I ended up with a shopping basket full! So many titles I had never seen before. I will definitely visit this location again next time I'm in Madison.

It had been almost a decade since visiting a Barnes & Noble or any large book store. Stopped by on Valentine's Day for puzzles and a long overdue book and music shopping trip. Staff was helpful. Store was a bit busier than expected but people were conscious of pandemic safety.

Biggest Barnes and Nobles I ever been to they even have a second floor. Huge selection of toys, games, activities, crafts, accessories, and of course books. They had most of the new releases and almost all the classics. Very clean and roomy.

Picked up a couple of spanish/english, english/Spanish dictionaries.
It's nice to compare quality or lack thereof in the store. We are trying to learn the Spanish language.
Good parking, well lit. Well organized. Polite staff.

Huge selection of books. Nothing more valuable to life these days than the physical world. Down with digital stores and bring back the physical world.
