Always a pleasure doing business with Countryside. Countryside was called to service my working furnace on 1-18-24 to make sure it was good. Brian showed up that very same afternoon! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He bothered to teach me a bit about my furnace, showed me 2 parts that were failing on my super old furnace and showed me why. He replaced the 2 parts at a very reasonable price. He checked it for safety and I'm pleased with the peace of mind he provided. Highly recommend! Great work, Brian and Countryside! Thank you again!

We had excellent service right from the start. Was able to get scheduled within a few days of calling. They called and were able to come earlier in the day than the schedule appointment time. Kayley was awesome. Knowledgeable and explained everything. Glad to see Countryside supports female employees.

Kailey is a very nice girl and really seems to know furnaces in and out. I feel very confident on her ability to give my furnace the good seasonal once over. Every question I had was explained very nicely concerning the furnace and my outside AC unit. She’s worked on my furnace before and I was happy to see her again.

Even though I have Service Plus though Centerpoint, the problem with my AC Unit was not and never solved, it has been going on since they installed it. . I was so pleased with Bruce and Tech Kailey that there was no way I was not going to leave a review!

Great place to deal with and do business with. A great company that still does business on the basis of respect and a handshake. I never once got a feeling that I was just a paycheck for these folks like you get with some companies they truly care and take time to know your name. Bruce was a great pleasure to deal with! He brought me into his office and gave me a rough estimate when another over rated company in town refused to give me the time of day. Rebecca and Laurie in the office were very helpful and fun to talk to when stopping into the office. The install guys Brad and Lester were top notch very punctual and did a very professional job right down to the last detail. They had no problem explaining what was being done and why so I could have a good understanding on how my new system works and should operate. I originally had hot water heat with no duct work in the home and they installed the whole works. Very reasonable on price and was kept in the loop. Will hands down refer them to everyone I know and asks. Thank you very much to all of you guys!!!! I’m extremely happy with my new system!!!! Best crew ever!!!!

I am so beyond impressed and grateful for the service I received from the humble but very talented technician that replaced the thermocouple on my very outdated very dusty furnace. Sorry for the hovering, I love learning new things. Amazing response time, and same price as the quote I got from their office last Friday! (I'm sorry I forgot the name of the technician. She was phenomenal though!!!!)

Countryside was very efficient. I called on a Monday morning to have them come take a look at my AC unit due to it not working. They were able to come within an hour to assess the situation. My unit was very old and I needed a new one, they were able to come as soon as possible to install a new AC. They have good quality employees that were professional and responsive. Would recommend them anytime!

Country Side recently installed a new furnace and air conditioning in our house. They were quick to answer questions when we were shopping. The installation crew was great. prompt and friendly.
