BEST CHIPS & SALSA in the Madison area!

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is fantastic- a spacious dining space, beautifully decorated, with a viewable kitchen area and a full service bar area with televisions that's neatly separated from the dining area.

The service was consistent and our server made sure our chips and salsa never ran- gold star 🌟

They have a great menu that isn't too overwhelming but has a great variety of traditional Mexican dishes as well as plenty of vegtarian options as well.

We ordered the Burrito de la Roqueta and the Quesadilla Texana and both dishes were fantastic. The seasoning and flavors were everything I wanted in a Mexican meal. The portions were well balanced with the price.

We had a great experience here and we will be sure to visit again!

Me and my uncle LOVE IT HERE, the food here is amazing the cheese just melts in your mouth!!! The margaritas are really good and refreshing ( I am underage i am just using my uncles phone to write this review so obviously the margarita was non-alcoholic and I am glad they have that option hehe)The atmosphere is very enjoyable and really well decorated. Besides the food and the atmosphere, the service from Juan is very nice we always feel very welcome and well served. Thank you Juan for making me and my uncle feel welcome!!!

I love coming here. We go 2-3 x a week. We love Gloria, Big Juan and little Juan and Martin and Andreas!! I usually get my fave. Beans, rice and flour tortillas and house hot sauce ( spicy). Everyone is so wonderful that’s really why we go. Please just try and judge for yourself.

We love Laredos! It’s our go to fast weeknight dinner. I always go with the chicken house fajitas and margarita. There’s so much food, I put the leftovers in an omelet the next morning.

The Thursday night I went to Laredo's it was not busy, for once. The wait staff were prompt, friendly, helpful and attentive. The restraint itself was clean and the tables were gleaming. I highly recommend the food at Laredo's. Everything is delicious. However where they shine is most clearly with their sauces and dips. Everything is so fresh, spiced perfectly, and blended just right. We ordered a fish of guacamole, as an example. Our waiter went and created it from scratch. All of the sauces tasted as though they had just been made. All of the food looked and tasted fresh.

When you sit down, in addition to your beverage, they bring you a basket of freshly made tortilla chips and fresh salsa. It's a difficult task not to fill up on these alone!

I had made a mistake in my order and forgot to mention an allergy. When the wait staff heard me mention it, he apologized even though it was not his error, and whisked my dish away only to return in a flash with a brand new plate with fresh food upon it, error corrected.

Before leaving, I ordered a burrito to go. When it was brought, in addition to the dish, there was also a bag of their freshly made chips and a container of thirty delicious salsa.

All of these little touches are what make Laredo's a favorite of mine. My only regret is that I'm unable to go there more frequently.

Juan is a terrific ambassador for Laredos! He is always welcoming and helpful to all who come in. We look forward to seeing him each time.

I dropped a package off a few doors down at 1228 pm, I walked into Laredos and by 1233 my lunch was in front of me. The food was delicious, service unforgettable. I’ll be back again and again.

Service has always been exceptional. Food is consistently fresh; Unlimited (FREE) chips and homemade salsa, BEST burritos this side of town, and the fried ice cream is highly recommended for dessert. Beer is always ice cold. Margaritas are a bit pricey, however, Happy Hour is always an option!

Laredo’s is ALL you need for great Mexican! Every visit to Madison includes a stop here. It’s quick, it’s delicious and your served by the nicest people. Don’t skip the cheese dip, but don’t fill up on chips before your meal!

Fabulous food here, along with friendly service. Very generous portions too. Glad we stopped here!

We had excellent service and delicious food at the Laredo’s Fitchburg location last night, which has been the case most times I have been there. And so happy they have patio seating to enjoy a summer evening with a top notch frozen margarita.

Every time we have dined in we have had fast and friendly service. The food is always delicious with more than fair portion sizes. The margaritas are good (though a touch heavier of a tequila pour wouldn't go amiss). Good Mexican fare and one of our go-to's.

Laredo's is always a tasty experience! It's becoming our regular Mexican food location. They even have a few kid menu items that are great for those littles who (unfortunately) don't enjoy tacos; and that is a God send.

A little noisy, but the food was absolutely delicious. Came shockingly quick and looked perfect!

I absolutely love the food here but they closed early on me and shut me out when it wasn’t closing time / Update: they had a make right and fixed what was wrong and I fully thank them for doing that definitely recommend

Authentic Mexican food, always delicious no matter what I order. The dining room can be quite loud if it’s crowded. We went on a Sunday night, it wasn’t crowded. The wait staff is always attentive.

Super fast. Nice patio. Yummy margarita and delicious food and desserts!

Started the day out my wife wanted steak fajitas we went to one restaurant was seated all the way in the back and waited for at least 15 minutes before someone even came and offered water he did not speak any English it was a horrible experience still wanting to please my wife I decided to go to a restaurant we had never been before a very familiar with the area and what do you know dinner was perfect My wife's fajitas were exactly like she wanted I had three tacos which were awesome she also had a margarita that was off the hook I highly recommend laredo's Mexican restaurant environment comfortable relaxing quick fast friendly :-) service and once again the food unbelievable You will enjoy yourself bon appetit

My girlfriend and I went to Laredos to try a new Mexican restaurant in the area, and it was incredible! Our server, Juan, was extremely friendly and attentive. The service was extremely fast and the food came out hot. The margaritas were delicious, and the food was even better. Definitely the best mexican restaurant in the Madison area. We will be recommending this place to all of our friends.
