Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning

We just had a technician in for a yearly furnace check. He was very thorough and it took about an hour and a half to complete the job.
His name was Cole and he was very sweet and helpful. The schedulers on the phone are also extremely polite and friendly, as is everyone I’ve ever dealt with at Cardinal. I’m really glad to have found them a year ago.

Mike and Jack did a great job installing our nine light chandelier in our 15ft entry way.

The same day John also installed a new hot water heater, as our had a crack. John took car of everything and even fixed a problem that our builder didn’t complete. John answered all my questions and gave suggestions to help with the longevity of the new heater.

All three were on time, professional, friendly and clear with communication. We were very happy with Cardinal and their service.

Andy and his team were great to work with. They kept me informed of the progress of our project, left the workspace cleaner than they found it, and everything works perfectly. Currently having Cardinal put in a mini split and updating my circuit panel. Definitely recommend.

Cardinal handled the plumbing, electrical and HVAC on my basement wet bar. Customer service was phenomenal and I’m very satisfied with the professionals they came to the house to complete the job. All your technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. After making a repair, they take time to test the equipment to make sure it is working properly. Also service is very prompt and texts keeps me aware of when technician will arrive. I also like that a picture of tech is texted along with a short personal description. Kevin Gill was my most recent tech.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Cardinal! Ben, the electrician who came to my place to replace a light fixture was very courteous, and professional. The work was done well, and it didn't take long to complete. The pricing was very reasonable, and clear from the beginning. I will definitely call for their help again!

I needed a bunch of miscellaneous electrical work done at my home. Cardinal sent “TJ” over. He arrived at the time promised. He is a highly experienced electrician who was able to answer all of my questions and offer options for the work I needed. He also pointed out work I did not need.
TJ was terrific. Fast, neat, communicative. Cardinal’s prices also seemed reasonable to me.
Very happy with this service call. PS. Since my last review I've used Cardinal for plumbing and heating work also. EVERY SINGLE TECHNICIAN has been phenomenal - with everything quickly and accurately completed. And the company communicates better than any company I've ever done business with. During a service call Cardinal employees are always informing me of every step they're taking. I appreciate that because I like knowing what's going on with a repair or how my equipment works or can be serviced. Good communication skills as well!

Had plumbing ran for a new bathroom in our basement. Carl and Noah did an awesome job. They noticed the water lines needed to be larger in a few areas to accommodate the additional bathroom, and did that at no added charge. I will definitely call Cardinal again in the future!

Update: We also just had Cory from Cardinal come out for an estimate on some electrical work for the basement. He was able to answer all our questions and make some good suggestions for us as well. He got the estimate back to us within just a few days and the estimate for the work is very fair. We look forward to getting it scheduled to be done.

After how well they worked on my furnace , I had to hire them for some electrical work I needed done, once again they exceeded my expectations I had. Something I thought would be an all day project , was done in just a few hours. The workers had it done well, and even replaced a switch that needed changing free of charge! They gave quotes, that were both reasonable, to give us options. They were professional, and very communicative. I highly recommend this company for electrical work also.

Incredible service from the first call to the completion of services. A few months ago my heat went out and I was blown away by their customer service! Truly an incredible experience in a crummy situation. I reached out to them again to move some duck work and so impressed with the time and care provided by Jeremy D. He explained our options and helped make sure we had all the information we needed to move forward with our project. Truly thankful for this company and the top notch customer service they provide.

Mike came out to look at an electrical issue we were having. He was very helpful and was able to answer a bunch of questions regarding other projects we had been wanting to get done. We were able to get quotes for all the various projects. The service was never pushy, and the work was well done.

Our technician was able to answer our questions and concerns knowledgeably and respectfully. We were impressed with his work--he identified issues and gave us choices on how to resolve. He waited patiently for me to find my Cardinal Cash Cards and applied them to our bill.

Amazing experience with Cardinal. Our furnace went out the day after Christmas
Within an hour of calling for service they were onsite. They provided us with repair vs. replacement options. We decided on replacing the furnace and A/C unit due to the age of the existing system. Replacement was scheduled within 36 hours from our first call. On the day of install things could not have went better. The crew was extremely efficient and informative. Would highly recommend Cardinal to anyone.
The text messages with updates of the arrival time for both the service tech and the install crew is a very nice touch. Having a photo of who is coming and a bio about them as well make you very comfortable with who is going to be in your home. You have gained a customer for life!

Mason performed a plumbing inspection at my home today. He was very detailed, looking at everything from toilets to outdoor spigots to sump pumps to equipment in my basement. Mason let me know about maintenance I should do and provided estimates for each job we had talked about. I was very impressed and will be scheduling an appointment soon.
