We went to the store location after contacting Lisa for an appointment. Same day appointment was made.

Lisa greeted us with a friendly smile, and helped up pick out a mattress that would be perfect for us.

I highly recommend getting a mattress here if you are looking. The selection was good, and the service was awesome.
I will buy here again when I need a mattress.

We bought a King Size mattress, a platform, sheets and mattress protector for so much less than anywhere else we shopped.

Mattress by appointment has far exceeded any and all of my expectations, Lisa was the most courteous knowledgeable and helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. Their inventory far exceeded any in any furniture store in the area. I was in and out with a brand new bed In less then an hour if I could I would give them 10 stars and I would recommend this place over any big name store there is. So if you need a new bed check them out I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!

Lisa was very kind and generous through out the entire sale. I had been in and out furniture stores, and other stores that sell mattresses around our area, all without luck of what I needed specifically. Then I met Lisa. I explained to her what I was in need of- 3 decent mattresses for my children and I that don't cost as much as a mortgage payment or are only as thick as a Big Mac. Lisa went above and beyond any sales person I've ever met. She is very compassionate, it is not the fake I care but really don't care vibe you get from most salespeople. I left her store with 3 mattresses and very happy children! Highly highly recommend Lisa @ Mattress by Appointment! Service was quick, courtesy, and prices that won't break the bank account!

Lisa was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses she had. She knew the features well. She allowed us to take our time to try to narrow down which one we wanted. She interacted well with our two small children we brought with us.

Lisa was extremely helpful and accommodating, meeting us at times that were convenient for us all and encouraged our two teenage boys to try out the mattresses before just picking one.

When they had, the purchase was quick and friendly!

Lisa was extremely kind and caring to work with. She was very attentive to our family’s needs and what we were looking for in mattresses. She kept us up-to-date when new mattresses came in and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her & her shop. She has a ton of selections at great prices.

We were of search of a new mattress and saw the ad on Facebook for “mattress by appointment” located in Perham. I sent a text to Lisa and she quickly responded. We set up an appointment to meet up. Immediately I was impressed with Lisa’s friendliness and knowledge about her products. We tried several mattresses to find the firmness we wanted. Decided to go home and think about it after being quoted the price. Lisa mentioned that her husband could deliver the mattress! That was another plus!! We made the decision that afternoon to purchase and the mattress was delivered same day - on a very cold evening I might add!!! Thank you Lisa for everything! We’re very pleased with the quality of the mattress!!!

The customer service is awesome! Lisa is very friendly and helpful. I like how flexible her schedule was so that I could purchase the king size bed for my son.

Lisa was very good, accommodating, kind and professional. We love our King mattress so far and I’m glad I found her on Facebook as I was in a rush to get a new mattress. She was able to get me in for an appointment at her showroom within a day. I highly recommend her store.

Mattress by appt is an amazing company to purchase beds from. Very friendly and willing to help you get what you need and want. Flexible in scheduling and the financing program is amazing also. I give them 5 stars and I definitely will be returning in the future.

Was in last week for a new bed for my wife and I. They had amazing choices to choose from. Fast and easy approval system with easy on the budget payment options. Would recommend anyone looking for a new bed or just a mattress to check them out.

They treat you like a long lost family member as soon as you walk through the door. We came in with our 2 year old daughter and she let her help us pick out the bed and was very polite and kind about her being there. Will definitely come here again for any other mattress needs!!

We would definitely recommend mattress by appointment. They were great to work with and told them what we were looking for and we found it. So much cheaper then what we found else where. Excellent customer service and Lisa was great working with. Definitely will go there from now on!!

Lisa was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in this I explained what my needs were and she brought me to the right fit I think every one should come get get there bed from hear they are no run of the mill back lot company's and the big stores need to take notice I.E. slumber land, karvenon. My husband and I were looking to by a new bed for ourselves and could really afford to at all , with not the best credit it has been hard for us to get a new bed that wasn't off something like a swap n shop , so when I came across the add on facebook I thought it was to good to be true ! We have it a shot anyways and I'm glad we did !!! We were able to quilify for the financing program and our weekly bed payment is under $14.00 !!!! All you need is a banking account and make up to $1,000 a month and it counts all kinda of income for you quiliacations !!!! Best choice we have ever made !!! She has a great selection of really awesome mattress and box spring too!!! When I get this one paid off we are totally going to get our kids beds from here to !

Great people to deal with, friendly, knowledgable and efficient! The mattresses we bought are great! We went with the mid grade as they are all for spare bedrooms, couldn't be happier!!!!
