Excellent customer service and product knowledge! I was in WAY over my head trying to fix a furnace with "YouTube Videos" , came in with a coil and they knew exactly what I needed. Also have me a few options when I was ready and budget allowed to upgrade. Highly recommend!! We need more "Old School" places like this!

Came in 5 minutes till closing after rushing an hour to get here for the guy behind the counter to act like I'm a huge inconvenience. Asked one question and he rolled his eyes. I left and will never come back. Just order your stuff online.

Would love to shop local, but this place made it impossible. Came in with a valve stem waited 20 minutes to be told they do not carry valve stems. A younger than me man would not even take the part from my hand to look at it or check parts inventory of the store. Guess it was uphill to check inventory. Needless to say five minute later at Lowes I had two people helping me and out of the store inless than 8 minutes. I am a shop local lady but I got the lady doesnt belong in the parts store treatment from this business.

I had to go here yesterday for a fuel tank vent. I waited roughly 15 minutes too be helped and after about 15 minutes of the guy playing in the computer, he came out with parts and told me to pay at the window. I go to the window, get my total, and it was alot more than expected. I needed a vent pipe with nipple ontop and i ended up getting a whole new gauge and everything else. When i asked if i could take the gauge off cause i had limited funds, the lady at the window snapped at me and told me it was what i needed. So 2 card swipes and 70 bucks later, i walked out pissed off and i will only be returning to bring back the gauge....THAT I DIDNT NEED!!

if i could give zero stars i would. place needs more people to staff it and more caring people that and arent nasty to customers. i stood in a backed up line for 20 minutes before walking out. drove to hudson n+s to get what i need
