The person who assisted me was very kind and professional. She walked me through the process so I understood. The price to send that box was a good fair price.

I have been going to This store for over 15 years and have always had remarkable professional service. Professional print to shipping and everything else, business related, in between.

Absolutely amazing! Super helpful and patience with me with my Amazon orders. She asked me to leave a review and I forgot so please forgive her manager! She is absolutely wonderful, I have forgotten her name but her next vacation spot needs to be Cancun :)

Went there to return my charter equipment after sitting at charter for a half hour and I was in and out. Grateful for this business.

Great store, unlike the the store in a neighboring community, they’re open during posted hours, help bag up your Amazon returns, and let you take your time to find the barcodes. Trinity is always cheerful and welcoming. I will continue to drive out of my way to use this store.

Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly...even when I forgot to pickup a large package for a week. I live very close and I have my packages auto-redirected to this location because UPS doesn't have access to the building, and theft ugh. Like everywhere else, they can be short staffed, so sometimes a little patience is required, but they help everyone as fast as possible while still being friendly and courteous. So, be nice (especially when it's the other customer's fault it's taking longer). If nothing else...1000% better experience than I've ever had with FedEx... just sayin

This is THE BEST Ups store! I have all my packages routed to this location because ALL the staff are amazing, helpful and kind. I know their jobs are not easy. I appreciate every one of them. You guys are THE BEST!!

This place is not big. It fills-up Fast!! But just like when you see something picture-worthy, the service here is awesome!! It's Google-noteworthy!! There's other UPS Stores I've gone to, esp. for Amazon Returns, and there's always been this error that your dumb, or in the dark, if you don't know what you're doing. Here, a specialist could be inclined to 'shoot' themselves w/ the magnitude of traffic, but, -I must mention Billy, Trinity.. -Repetively Are So informative, directive, Friendly!! They Keep great spirits, Do things in a heartbeat; But ANSWER your QUESTIONS!!. This store PROVIDES things like tape, return-label envelopes to make everything happen!!. A NOTEworty Staff! A Noteworthy store, Especially given the magnitude of customers, wave of demand..-I seriously have Never seen anyone upset here!!..If anything the opposite!! The service, the store; -it's 5☆ place!..or at least a 5☆ Review!!

Have been coming to this location for two years now the location is very convenient the staffs are pretty efficient most of the time are quick in and out. One of the gentleman working there with the long ponytail (sorry I forgot your name) always smiling and friendly with customer making us feel good. I bring my kid to drop off packages he always greet both of us and attention to detail and safety of my children.

I have been in twice in the last week and had excellent service both times. The first time I was helped by a man named Tristan. He helped me get my package ready to ship. And the package arrived the next day. I went in to mail 2 pkgs today was helped by a man named Austin, he was terrific, helped me get my packages set up and explained options. Just great service. Kudos to the supervisor there, Billy, you have excellent, well trained, professional staff.

Trinity is awesome and I love her positive attitude. Keep it up girl! Been working with manager Billy for years too with zero issues. Every time I come in it's a fast and smooth exchange. Perfered over FedEx

Tristen (and other associate) working Friday night took care of us walking in at 6:58 (store closes at 7:00pm). We had a heavy/large box to ship. (A Return actually) and the box needed some help....it was not in the greatest condition. They helped us get it entered for shipping and indicated they would take care of taping it up good and tight. We certainly appreciated great customer service!

I had a package with a prepaid label that was supposed to be sent through USPS. I ran home after work and quickly picked up the package to drop off but realized I didn’t have any packing tape at home. I figured the post office would be able to tape it for me or have tape I could use since it was already paid for. I get to the post office and they tell me they cannot let me use tape for free, I have to buy a whole roll. Since I didn’t have my wallet due to rushing out of the house, this wasn’t an option.

I decided to stop by the UPS store and see if they would be gracious enough to let me use tape so I could run back to the post office and drop off my package.

Not only did they have FREE packing tape available for customer use, but they also accept USPS packages! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly in my disheveled state. It saved me an extra trip and some cash too.

We mailed some dishes home and Margo helped us pack them. ***highly recommend! Very professional service, super friendly and the best packaging I’ve seen! Thank you Margo!!

Typical UPS but what has me driving across town is the staff. Tami is polite and extremely proficient at the job. Billy who is the manager is professional and not entitled like a typical manager. The other staff are always ready to drop what they are doing to help the customer. Totally recommend this store.

I have a small business and I love working with the staff at this UPS store! Tammy is super friendly and Billy is very efficient. They go out of their way to help find solutions for my business and always greet customers when they come in.
