This is an awesome place! The owners and instructors are wonderful! Besides the great classes, they offer different workshops every month, which is so nice to have available. Love this place so much and so happy we found it!

Nicole was wonderful. This yoga studio has an authentic vibe to it. I only wish they had another studio in ocean county where I live.
