Seed to Sprout Fair Haven

Amazing, amazing vegan food. We had the Mexican omelette and veggie scramble. Both were delicious and rich, but didn't leave us feeling heavy. Bread was grill toasted with homemade coconut butter and was 🤤. We requested some kimchi on the side which was so tasty! Their caramel macchiato was unbelievably creamy with a wonderful flavor - 1000x better than starbucks' version. Will definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is absolutely delicious & healthy (try the taco salad for lunch and the chilaquiles + sunflower taco meat for breakfast) Everyone is so nice (NOT the over caffeinated "nice" u find at other similar places) Turning my family onto healthy eathing one meal at a time here :)

Love this place. The specialty lattes are AMAZING. everything I tried on the menu is fantastic and the food is always ready on time for pickup. Staff is very sweet and accommodating. Only thing is that it is kinda pricy for the amount of food you get (small portions) but that is kinda expected for organic vegan food. Highly recommend this place.

This is my favorite local food spot! Everything I’ve ever ordered has been nothing short of amazing. Some of my top choices are the Mexican omelette, the Maui Wowie smoothie, and the red lentil soup. If you’re not too full from your meal, I also recommend their chocolate chip cookies. Incredible. The space is very cute too.

I love vegan food and if you not know they not use meat may be you get confused, the taste is unreal!!

Amazing clean, healthy food. Didn't know vegan food could be so delicious. Favorites are seed salad and avocado toast. Also be sure to look out and join their cleanse. They provide food not on the regular menu like raw pad Thai and raw vegan lasagna. I was so full and stuffed with this cleanse and felt amazing after. They don't offer it that often.

Very tasty salads and sandwiches. The salads are so good you might consider becoming Vegan. I only wish I lived closer so I could enjoy them every day. Sandwiches are good too. And the dessert raw bars are amazing!

I love this place. The wholesome fresh plant based menu is so tasty. Follow them on Instagram to see the specials for the week and for the weekend dinner specials. It's fun to meet or bring a date, the relaxed dining room is perfect for a chat. The staff is polite and efficient. The restaurant is immaculate. I love and recommend getting a side of greens and a juice. Consistent dishes at both locations. Enjoy!

I have been going to this seed to sprout location for several years. The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my dietary restrictions. They've always been willing to find out what ingredients are in their dishes even when just placing an order over the phone. This has been much appreciated as its often hard for me to find food options when eating out. Not to mention theyre food menu is great for vegans and non vegans! They have a great selection of healthy vegan food options.

We were told there would be approx a 25 min wait. However the wonderful staff managed to get us seated in 10. The food was delicious! We brought an out of town guest who had never tried vegan food. She loved everything we ordered! We will definitely be coming back!

Delicious! Nobody in our group was actually vegan but we all loved it - really thoughtful, inventive dishes that your body and taste buds will both appreciate. Many gluten free options as well. The "nuts and bolts" smoothie was the highlight of my meal, but the tempe melt and kimchi bowl were also great. Small but varied menu with breakfast, sandwiches, bowls, salads, and drinks.

I can't rave enough about this place. We ordered out through door dash tonight. A bowl of their heavenly lentil soup that is between hearty and light with a slight kick...I LOVE this soup...could eat it every day and I'm not kidding! We also had the special Friday night entree which was a tempeh parmasan which was out of this world! The Stallion Pizza was the best vegan pizza I have ever had. Large enough for 3 people when you add a side salad! So lucky to have this restaurant close by....thank you Seed to sprout for creating tasty healthy meals!

I wish I could give these powerful and sweet people more than 5 stars for doing what they do, true innovators that deliver such quality and stand by it- I pray for their continued success and will continue to support for many years to come! Always fresh! Always leave here feeling stronger than when I came in (even if that means pancakes) literally order anything off the menu and you will enjoy it - Cheers!

Seed to Sprout has been our favorite breakfast/brunch place to go to since we first discovered it last year. Super delicious plant-based food that makes you feel GREAT! We've probably been here more than 100 times by now. Keep up the good work!

Found this little place by chance and was very impressed. It's a shame we live so far away and will probably never make it back. Service and presentation was lovely, food was fresh and delicious and it was fun to try foods we don't normally eat like kale and sunflower taco meat. Highly recommend!

Small unassuming plant based Cafe outside red bank, nj. Was on a quick weekend with the gf and looking for a good brunch spot. Seed to sprout definitely hit the mark!

I wanted to order everything on the menu so we got a variety to share. Carrot lox toast, Blueberry pancakes, Mexican tofu omelette, Cinnamon French toast, and mixed berry smoothy. French toast and pancakes were by far some of the best I have ever had!!! Everything else was solid as well.

A must for anyone in the area looking for good vegan food!

Simple food delicously prepared. Got the red lentil soup with lemon and pepper, breakfast scramble with mushrooms and herbs, and avocado breakfast sandwich. All was done quickly and has the right texture and taste. Simple. Nothing too crazy in terms of species or food experiments, so my stomach was not shocked and liked it.

This is a Chan's dream. Decent prices feels homey and not pretentious. Food is great so your carnivore friends will not complain. One if the best places I've eaten at.
