N & J Barber Shop

We moved to the area in the mid 80s, started going to N&J. They were in the same area but closer to RT9 in a small strip mall. Went to N&J until the early 2000s. Moved out of the area, returned 5-6 years ago. Went back to N&J, Nick and Marie are still there, doesn’t look that much older and is still as good as ever with the scissors. Thank you N&J for keeping the tradition of a classic NJ Barber shop.

Came in for a walk in and Enrico took care of me. He gave me an excellent cut for a great price!

I've been looking for a barber that won't mess up my hair for the longest time in this area. Finally, had the pleasure of having Angelo as my barber and he gave me a great cut and I left very satisfied. Looks like a well experienced barber shop with classic tools that give you that next level cut.

I came to this barbershop at the recommendation of a good friend, and I was not disappointed in the least. They were able to take me pretty quickly, and I was treated to one of the best haircuts in a very long time. What really stood out, however, was shaving the back of my neck with a straight edge razor, a first for me. Professional and pleasant, and I will absolutely be coming back again.

Angelo was my barber and everything came out perfect. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect! Also the prices are very competitive. I can't find a combo hair and beard cut cheaper and better than this spot!

First time using this Barber Shop as my normal go to was closed and really needed a haircut. I walked In and was met by Angelo. An older gentleman who was really nice. Was nervous at first as all my barbers are less than half his age. Well moral of the story is, he gave a great fade/haircut and took his time. Very friendly staff. Will Definitely will be back. My family has been going to John and his team for years and years. John has cut my husband and little boys hair perfectly. Each time the kids are excited to chat with John and get their hair cut. He makes them feel special and somehow calms their little nerves, it’s really too cute. As for my husband who is in the military- a high a tight by John. Cannot say enough good thing about the family owned and operated business that has really stood the test of time and caters to truly everyone. A true pleasure!

Gives great cuts at a steal of a price this place Is a no brainer the barber have unbelievable skill and has been cutting hiar for years most definitely coming again

I’ve been going to N&J for over 30 years. They are the best. Not only do they take so much pride in their work, everyone that works there are the nicest people and always have great conversations. I highly recommend them for any of your needs. John and Christy have become lifelong friends of mine because of N&J. Don’t miss out on the best haircut you can get.

My favorite barbershop to go to. John is a master barber and gives me a really nice haircut every time I go. He also makes it a really pleasant experience. I strongly recommend coming here for cuts and all the other services they offer.

I always take my son to N&J whenever he's looking scraggly. They always do such an amazing job. The entire staff is very friend. Such an awesome place.

Amanda Henderson...didn't you work there? I think you cut my hair there once a couple of years back. I had to go back and get it fixed by the lovely Christie - who I've now been going to for years!! I'm sad you made a bad review posing as a customer. sad sad sad. I hate when people do that! Anyway, what an amazing salon!! I'm so glad I went back!! I've recommended this salon to many of my friends and family since! Their kindness and professionalism are outstanding! The owner is always so sweet and all of his customers love him!! He now cuts my husbands hair and I even bring my rambunctious 3 year old there. John (the owner) let's him read his train magazines and even spins him in the chair when the little guy gets a little antsy. My husband is in the military and his high and tights are always on point! Great service! Enrico is very experienced and gave me an excellent cut and shave - very careful and precise. All of the staff were very personable - if I lived near here I'd be here all the time.

Amazing service all the time and I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to have their hair done. The hairdresser I have is absolutely amazing and she knows what I want done with my hair. Definitely give them a great tip when you go afterwards they like that a lot.

Sadly I have moved out of the area and can no longer come here. John is one the most professional barbers I’ve ever seen. I got haircuts from him for years and they were always amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cut at a reasonable price.
