DR Flore es bueno siempre trata de ayudarte pero la reception es pesima..Deberian cover citas deacuerdo a la hora para no esperar 1 hora ..Deben ser mas organizadas

3 month wait for new patients

This office is very old, the waiting time is always over an hour even when there is no one in the waiting room. I took a blood test and never received the results after 1 month of waiting. I called the office several times and never got a call back from Dr. Flores. I had to make a new appointment and lose another 2 hours of my day to get my answers. Once at the doctor's office, I showed him a medicine that supposedly give me some bad allergic reactions ( back itchy). So to prevent this the doctor prescribed me the exact same medicine at a stronger dose !!!! I realized this only after going to the pharmacy because the doctor never gave me any details about this "new" medication I was about to go pick up at my pharmacy... I will never go back to this doctor!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! i cant stress this enough. I have been a patient here twice! (yes i know .....i didnt learn the 1st time) Dr. Hip-Flores was possibly at one time an ok doctor, but those days are in the past, his office manager is rude and harsh (probably overworked) they misplace documents, forget to call in prescriptions and dont call if staff is sick to reschedule your appt. He once told me i needed an angiogram and after researching and stressing for a month about it he never remembered telling me that on my next visit. This was not the only gripe ....there are MANY MORE! If i could give zero stars i would and im not doing this review to be spiteful perhaps just trying to save someones life ...... dr julio if youre reading this maybe its time to think about retirement.

I visited Dr. office to get my prescription refill. I did not receive my prescription even after a week. I called Dr. office multiple times but no one would answer the phone. After few attempts I was able to talk to the receptionist. Receptionist was very rude and told me that Dr. is off. She would talk to the Dr. after Dr. returns next week. I've to miss my medicine for many days due to Dr. negligence.

WORST doctor and nurse manager is RUDE... don’t even bother. Was told I was able to send my physical I got done in January to them so they can sign off on it, on Monday. To only be told today(Thursday, I had to call THEM) that they “don’t think the doctor will do it”.
Don’t get me started on the nurse manager who sat there while I was talking stating “can I talk? Can I talk now?” And was 0 help in the process.
Awful experience, never going back and neither should you.

The doctor is kind of okay, but his office stuffs are horrible. They give you an appointment time and ask to give a call when you arrive, then make you wait atleast 30-40 minutes outside in the car. Once you go inside, another 40-60 minutes wait. They are very rude!!
If you ask anything, they simply ask you to cancel or reschedule the appointment.

I have been coming to this doctor for years, but seems it's time to see outside...so bad the stuffs are.

This is an awful Physician. LABS ARE NOT REVIEWED TIMELY EVEN AFTER A MONTH. Patient will have been dead already. They won't even release it even though you paid for it. I WONDER IF THE INSURANCE KNOWS OF THEIR PRACTICE? well I will make sure my insurance knows about it and submit a complaint. Your blood work are yours and they should release it when you ask them too no its or or buts.

My parents are snowbirds but due to pandemic they were not able to return in April as planned and their flight has been canceled 3x. My dad, the patient needs a refill on his meds and dr refuses to do so. What part of pandemic is dr not aware of? I guess compromising a patients health is of no importance to them. Awful is an understatement!!

Dr. Flores is so unprofessional. The way in which he treats you, it's like a judge pointing at you. I've known him for many years and I came back after 5 years and today's experience reiterated me the reason why I stopped going there after dr. Chinchilla was retired. The way he approaches his patients seem like he should get retire ASAP. Unfortunately, or actually fortunately for him a vast majory of his patients are hispanics and he can express whatever he feels like it and they' would just be quiet. Even after I prooved him wrong in something, he never gave me an apology. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

First the attention at the place is terrible my mom was waiting for 1 hour when her appointment was at 5:00 and the person at the front desk should get fired she is disrespectful totally garbage the receptionist is rude and insulted my mother and my dad and many times i was talking with my husband listening to everything i said my husband was just wondering if he could get a shot and the receptionist was listening to everything i said super disrespectful this place isnt like it used to be.
