Did the install of laminate flooring at my home. Had to remove old hardwood flooring in the hall way and also move around some heavy furniture. Did a good job and couldn't find any issues. The installers knew what they were doing and the whole install was done in a day. The price was also reasonable. Would definitely reccomend.

Thanks so much for the quality job you did on my kitchen and hall floors. I thought I would have to get new floors but I was told by Perfection floors that I was able to have them sanded one time since they were engineered floors . Everybody was very professional and very neat. Excellent job!

I am currently selling a property and needed to have a floor refinished. I contacted Frank by email on a Saturday morning at around 7:30 AM and by 815 that morning Frank had gotten back to me. He arrived Saturday afternoon to give me an estimate and I decided to refinish all the floors in the home. Frank and his crew were able to start refinishing that Tuesday and the job was finished in 2 days. The transformation was amazing. Where there had been carpet, the padding had stuck to the floor and left stains. I would highly recommend Perfection flooring as the response from Frank was very quick and his crew did a great job on the floors as well as cleaning up all the debris from the removal of the carpeting.

Frank did a wonderful job at my property installing hardwood floors and stairs across a 3 story townhome. He is very good in communication and gave me estimates for several flooring options to choose from. Once we finalized a design, his team finished the work in a week. I am no expert but the flooring looks well put together. As a bonus, Frank also helped get rid of older carpets. Once job finished, I got an invoice in email and paid online. He is a great person to work with and does a good job. Highly recommended!

We have hardwood and manufactured wood floors in the areas that they refinished. We are so impressed with how close all the matches came on the different types of wood. Plus the risers to the stairs that they installed match beautifully. Alex and Steve were very professional. The areas were taped off that weren’t to be sanded. The amount of dust that we are experiencing is minimal.

Frank and his team did a great job on our floors. They are highly experienced and efficient. We thought the job was going to take 3 days to be completed, it took a day and a half.

From a price point perspective, we did multiple quotes and Frank’s quote was very reasonable and fair.

Frank was quick in making an appointment with us to discuss our floor refinishing options. He was able to make what we thought was impossible, possible! We didn't think we could replace the red tile with matching wood, but Frank and his team did it exactly how we imagined it! His team took only ONE day to complete our four-bedroom house (including the removal of all the carpets in the rooms), sanded down all the wood, weave in NEW wood to replace the tile (so seamless, you aren't even able to tell it was never there before!), and stain with a beautiful satin finish. His team was also able to add in shoe molding to help with the gaps left from the carpet removal. We will be calling Frank to help with our kitchen remodel in the near future!

I was a little apprehensive to hire Frank since I found him through a Google search and not through a direct recommendation. But boy am I glad we did. He was always prompt and efficient. He kept in touch with us all the time from reviewing the job and giving us a quote through its completion.

Never once did I feel like he was trying to steer us in a bad direction. His pricing was competitive (we got six quotes) and I feel he was very honest. My wife and I desperately wanted to redo our stairs to match the new flooring. Frank and his guys did an amazing job. They came to take out carpet and put down vinyl flooring in the living room and dinning room and saw the my base floor was in really bad shape. They went right away to address the problem and replaced all the sub flooring and and fixed the framing as well to better support the floor. Job got done quick with very good qualityon the work done. I will definitely have them back when im ready to do the rest of my house.

We had carpet removed and new vinyl flooring put in, had existing hardwood floors refinished and stained a darker color, and finally had a new custom banister put in along with refinishing the stairs.
