Ignore the bad reviews. The owner Ronnie is great. Treats pipeliners like family and the rooms are clean. Amazing place to stay for the money can't beat it

Best hotel value in a long time. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Now that I covered the big points let me get the smaller details = great pool, cool extras = games and areas to read, clean smells (coffer in the a.m.) very clean linens, I could see my vehicle from my room, extremely kind Customer Service.

This place is pretty decent for a smaller town. Staff at checkin was super helpful and knew where to go for anything. Tennessee I believe his name was, knows the town, can tell you where everything is! Pool area is pretty cool as well, tons for kids if you have them, ping pong, Foosball, and a giant chessboard.The new owners and management look like they are putting time and effort into it, one of the best beds ever comfortable pillows. Worth the visit.

My family and I had such a nice weekend at this hotel. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The pool was heated and well cared for, very clean. We needed a late check out and staff was accommodating. Overall, great experience.

This place was like stepping back in time. It used to be a holiday inn back in the day when the did those holodome rooms. The manager guy at the front desk had mentioned some system issues the prior weekend and was almost in tears because some guests had been unhappy. I could see he was super passionate about his job. The hotel itself was pretty clean and huge. Like a giant maze of rooms. Also all the rooms facing the parking lot have their own keycard door leading outside as well as inside so it made getting to my vehicle more simple than any place I’ve ever stayed at. It is a bit dated but If your looking for that nostalgia feeling of an original holodome from back in the day this is one of the few places where you’ll get that plus room is clean and super cold AC. I will stay here every time i go to Hastings!

EXCELLENT if you like missing ceiling tiles, water on the bathroom floors, rooms with only 1 pillow, hot tubs that don’t work, and extremely overpriced rooms. Want breakfast? Not a chance, won’t be served. You know what you will get? Cum stains on your pillows. Last but not least, you’ll probably end up hospitalized from all the mold. 10/10 would never stay again!

They are remodeling it or trying to fix it up. Appears to have new owners and they want to fix it guess it was run down before ny the looks of it. They get 5 because I I tell they're working on it. Seemed a little unprofessional for hotel but they are all so nice there. Cheap rate and I liked how you had two doors, one to outside and one to the rest of hotel. Made it easy to bring your stuff inside. Lots of room for parking but the town is a mess to drive around. Not a lot to est around the area

Great place for a family to stay. The employees are friendly and the breakfast was very good everytime. The beds at this location are decently comfortable and plenty of pillows. Rooms were clean and welcoming, although the bathrooms are small and the plumbing needs attention. Parking was open and nice to park right outside the room. The pool area is very nice for a hotel. The hot tub was not working 2 out of 3 stays and that is my only complaint. There are multiple games for kids to play in pool area including table tennis, a virtual soccer type game and giant chess. Overall, I will stay here again in the future and would recommend.

The hotel is amazing! And Tennesy is just the best at helping with accommodations and such!! Never before in my hotel stays has someone gone out of their way to make sure our stay was as unique and individualized as he did! He's the best!! If booking rooms here, be sure to ask for Tennesy because he'll get you fixed up and treated right!

Great room - clean and comfortable. We visited during Covid, on a Friday night, and it was well maintained and staff was nice and helpful. Central pool location, so most rooms can see/hear it, but was not an issue due to pool hours and unless you are a very light sleeper don't worry about it.

The service was great. Breakfast was included and had real hot options and variety. Free parking. Pool water was warm and great. Hot tub was down during our stay. They had games for recreation. Board games for you to borrow in your room. Everyone was very nice and accomidating.

It's not a 5 star hotel but it is a very pleasant place to stay. The area where the pool is is geared towards kids and there was actually a birthday party going on for some children when we stayed and it looked like a wonderful time for the kids. The closest ice machine to us didn't work but we found another just fine. You can tell they are updating the place and I think it looks great. The breakfast has waffles, donuts, pastries, cereals, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, and I believe yogurt and oatmeal. Coffee could've been better but coffee is such a hit and miss with so many people that you can't really knock a place for it. Our room was very clean and quiet and the bed and pillows were crazy comfy. Every staff person we talked to were so kind! They were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend as a venue for company party or wedding reception venue. The room for our company Christmas party was perfect sized for us and the staff was accommodating to our needs.

I was impressed. They have for a fantastic job with this hotel. It used to be kinda run down bit the rooms are clean, the pool area is revitalized with some cool kids games and the breakfast was great. We were at a hotel in Omaha a month ago and they could learn a lot from this hotel and their staff. Bravo C3!!

Our family hosted a wedding at C3. Staff was great!! When there were issues, the staff made sure you were taken care of. They are friendly with people with disabilities. The hotel had various games for families. Will recommend it to anyone . Thanks C3!!

Very nice room. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. The pool area was very well kept and up to date. I'd highly recommend this motel. They are also pet friendly, not just allowing pets but they go out of their way to accommodate them.

Great return stay on Saturday! Comfortable room. Always a good crowd of people staying at the C3 which makes for an awesome atmosphere around the pool. And I also enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, cheap weekly rates. Only con was the internet is on the slow side and spotty in different rooms.

Very nice hotel! Attended a party here and was surprised at the amount of space there is on the inside. The staff was very welcoming, Bryanna was very pleasant and knowledgeable about things to do in Hastings. We had a lot of questions about where to go and she always had an answer. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back!

A wonderful hotel, the rooms were very modern and clean. It was decently priced and the breakfast included in the stay was quite good. Will surely visit again!

We recently had my daughters wedding at C3 and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. Liz is an absolute pleasure to work with, as are all of the staff. From decorating to tear down and everything in between - they bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. I would highly recommend this venue for your reception or any other event, without hesitation.
