Capital One Bank

I had a great experience here. Fast transaction with one of the tellers named Victor. I was in and out and if this bank wasn’t so far I’d stop by more often! I LOVE banking with Capital One!!!

We had Luis helping us, he is the best! He is our go to teller there as he is always helpful, personable, quick and a pleasure to work with. I can't speak for the other personnel as we always deal with Luis. There are never any issues parking and they have restrooms.

I had a great customer experience with Luis at the Edison Branch. I had a somewhat complicated transaction and he was very helpful assisting me until my transaction was completed successfully. It's rear to see such personal customer care. Thanks!

I'm giving five stars to Luis I was there yesterday and the two Egyptian ladies are no help whatsoever completely ignored me all they did is kept talking to each other SMH

I have always banked at Chase Bank my whole life. But, I noticed Capital One bank was close to my house and offered higher interest rates. I went to the bank on a Saturday, and Het helped me open an account. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I really like their no-fee accounts. The whole account opening process took less than 15 minutes, and their online system is very fast. Highly recommend Het and the bank! They are awesome!

My husband and I are from out of town and in New Jersey to buy a car. (Yes the day before Christmas eve. Not ideal but here we are) we had just driven 4 hours to find out that our financing changed last minute and we needed to get a cashier's check. Everyone in this branch was so helpful and kind and genuinely interested in helping us to do what we needed to. We worked with Maha(sp) to get everything taken care of quickly so we can go get this car and make the trek back home hopefully before the snow and ice. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I've been a Capital One bank client for more than 10 years, but I hardly ever visit branches (use online banking, ATMs). Today, I had to visit this particular branch and I was very impressed and pleased by the staff. They were highly polite, kind, helpful, professional and warm toward all clients while I was there. I felt welcomed, helped, and looked out for. I will stay with Capital One for another 10 years and more.

I'm in my 70's and had dealings with several banks. Capital One is, by far, the most personable, professional and helpful bank I have ever experienced.

After finding the branch in Edison, they were very helpful. It is very annoying that Capital one keeps closing branches tho. The three which were actually convenient to me were systematically closed over the past six years. That is not concerning to them.
After all, we are just major customers.
Why worry about us?

The gentleman who assisted us at the teller line today was super nice! It was my daughters first trip to the bank for a deposit and he was very kind to us. Thank you!
