I can’t begin to say how amazing our experience was with Dr. Gupta and staff. It was our first time at the office for my 6yr son who has his adult teeth coming in and his front baby teeth hadn’t fallen out yet. She did an x-ray to confirm and thought it would be best to remove the baby teeth sooner then later. My son wasn’t expecting to have anything done that day. Dr. Gupta was amazing at explaining the whole procedure to him and reassuring him it would be painless and quick. Dr.Gupta and her assistant worked quickly and effortlessly to make this experience for him painless and easy. He said he didn’t even feel a thing after! I’m so thankful we found this practice it has been a wonderful experience so far. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta’s practice! Everyone was amazing there!

After my first visit I will say I am quite pleased with BG Dental. After a poppy seed encounter I sent an inquiry for an appointment on a Monday night and was called early the next morning and got a new patient appointment less than a week later. The hygienist Stacy was very kind and gentle. Both she and Dr Gupta were excellent at explaining what they were doing and what they thought was best for my care plan. I appreciate their avoidance of fluoride and overall holistic approach. I’m looking forward to getting my bioclear tooth repair- I was very happy to hear about this service as I dreaded ever getting a crown. It was a relief to know I don’t need to go that route. Great service, I feel genuinely cared for and that my best interests are their priority.

Dr.Gupta and staff are very welcoming. This was my first visit and won’t be my last. I’ve had many dental issues over the years and never understood why. Every dentist and doctor said, some people just have bad teeth. After all my research and vowing to never give up led me to Dr. Gupta. She’s very passionate about what she does and wants to find the root cause of the issue instead of putting a bandaid on it. Dr. Gupta and the team are polite, hospitable and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable even after five years of not seeing a dentist! The cleaning was thorough, but as painless as possible. They do a good job of treating the underlying problems, not just the symptoms. Pricing is very fair.

My experience wit Dr. Gupta and her staff at the Mendon office was an excellent one. I had several old fillings removed, replaced and then finished with a BioClesr treatment. Dr. Gupta thoroughly explained the procedure before we began and continued to communicate as she worked. I was comfortable from start to finish and the end result is beautiful. I feel confident my dental health is in the best of care.

I was having an issue with an old crown that needed to be replaced. My normal dentist wanted $1,200 cash even though I have the proper insurance to have it covered. That being said, I reached out to Gupta Family Dentistry right here in Mendon.

Well, I could not be more happy with my decision to change dentists. Everyone in Doctor Gupta's office is very polite, and extremely helpful. I was really nervous when I went in today because of a past experience at a Dentist Office when I lived in Southern California. Doc Gupta's staff went out of their way to make sure that I was calm and feeling much better before they ever asked me to open my mouth. Most dentists I've worked with before just don't take the time to put the client at ease before starting any procedures. If you're anywhere near Mendon, and you're in need of a Dentist, Gupta Family Dentistry is your only choice. I will add to my review as I go through my dental procedure with Doc. Gupta.

Love this dentist office. Staff is so nice and tries to be helpful. It’s very clean. Dr Gupta clearly invested her energy to keep on top of the best treatment options and technologies to ensure patients are well cared for in their health. I was pleased how communicative she is and the picture clarity of the before/after photos of the work.

The dentist and staff were very friendly and helped me to feel comfortable. They all also explained everything in a way I could understand and told me ahead of time what was going to be done. I am choosing to do Invisalign here bc the dentist and staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I high recommend going here

This was our first visit to this practice and it was excellent. The new patient paperwork process was done in advance and very efficient. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Both the hygienist and the doctor made it a good experience for both of my boys.

My older son needs to have his wisdom teeth out, and rather than dealing with multiple offices and long lead times, we were able to schedule an appointment right in the office within a couple weeks. They are accommodating and it seems like a very well run practice!

Great people with top of the line technology which gave me the most comprehensive feedback I’ve ever had on my teeth. Highly recommend.

I switched my autistic son to this dentist after having big issues at his previous dentists office. The staff here was so friendly and made my son feel so comfortable. He ended up finding out at his first appointment that he needed his wisdom teeth out and today (4 days later) got them out, and did fantastic!! They Helped him stay calm, and definitely helped calm my mom nerves. Although it wasn’t an ideal day for my son, they made it as pleasant as possible. We are happy with this office change.

I called for an emergency visit and she was able to get me in fairly quickly. All of the staff is amazing and Dr Gupta is very through. She also does an excellent job of explaining everything in easy terms for you to understand. This was my first time visiting her Mendon office (I usually see her at the Beahan Road office) and I wasn't disappointed. Keep up the excellent work ladies.

I just left Dr. Gupta's office after a chair side bonding of my two front teeth.

Dr. Gupta is extremely knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Above all, she is a perfectionist, and as I told her '"you are an artist".

She believes in building up our teeth, instead of the opposite. When you have a crown, as I have, almost all of your original tooth is removed and then capped with the crown. In my experience that tooth has never been the same.

I am most grateful for the vision and care Dr. Gupta has for all her patients.

Dr. Gupta at Dentistry at Mendon Square was awesome. A few days ago I broke a tooth. Dr. Gupta explained what had happened to my tooth and provided me with two options for treatment. She thoroughly explained the procedures and costs associated with each. I chose to have a crown overlay, which was I was able to have done right away. Dr. Gupta was very thorough. My tooth feels great and I had no pain at all during or after the procedure. I highly recommend this dental group.
