Hazel: I have never met anyone that has gone above and beyond for me after meeting them and speaking to them only once via telephone. That is what I got with Rick. Rick is warm , welcoming, and understanding. Rick did not give up on me when no one would give me a resonable quote after two claims within three years. Rick is very resourceful and together we learned some things. In the end, everything worked out without me spending a fortune. I could not have asked for a better Producer and I will never work with anyone else as long as Rick is around. If I could give Rick 10 stars I would. I stick with what I know!
