Originally, I had posted an unfavorable review due to various issues following the departure of our first agent. I was contacted right away to make things right, and discuss my concerns. In the post-COVID world we live in, it is not easy to work in customer service, so I appreciated the chance to be heard, voice my recent experiences, and potentially help rectify these issues I have experienced.
Giving your clients the opportunity to share their experience and feelings is important and shows how much they value the client experience. That speaks volumes, therefore I have adjusted my original review. I very much recommend Jacqueline, who was the first person to assist my insurance needs, and she has since returned.
