The inside was inviting and very modern. Their signs made it easy to order and had lots of enticing options. I ordered their brown sugar milk foam tea and it was stellar! I also got a matcha bubble waffle with strawberry and vanilla ice cream. That was also extremely good. Would definitely reccomend checking this place out!

Love this place, I usually get the pudding milk tea and my sister gets the brown sugar milk tea. Great atmosphere and awesome customer service. Both my nephews always asking to get gong cha!

If there's anything that can be said, it's that the staff at this location are GREAT!!! Every one of them were great! I came in and wanted to try something on the menu that I wanted "altered" a bit and they all pitched in on how to make it work and what would make it better. I loved what they had made and if I could give it more stars, I would!

I really love the dirty brown sugar milk tea they sell. I get it every time and never get sick of it! I recommend the white pearl topping. Also, the waffle is pretty good too.

Been in&out of this place throughout the years, for some reason never had any time to leave a review. Until this past couple visits where I felt the service had got a whole lot better. Think they finally hired some very good staff. The drinks (winter melon*) my favorite. They were able to make it just right, not too sweet like other places and the Bubble waffle was so good I had to go back for my 2nd on the same day. Overall, this is my go to place in Edison.

I ordered the Strawberry Milk tea (regular ice and 50% less sugar) and added the strawberry boba. The strawberry milk tea was delicious (great for any strawberry or strawberry milk lover). I wasn't a fan of the strawberry boba and wish I had gotten regular boba instead. The texture of the strawberry boba is a little weird and not as soft.. it was more hard jelly like?

My friends got the oolong milk tea with milk foam and it was really good! The milk foam just added a foamy and creamier taste to the drink. I'll probably get this drink next time as it was really really good.

All in all, the place is cute and the teas are good! Definitely worth checking out!

I love this place for its bubble tea and overall neatness. I wish they had an app to order bubble on for pick up instead of calling in. I usually have screaming kids around me so I always feel bad when calling.

They have plexiglass up, social distancing markers, employees wear their masks properly and constantly.

Their indoor seating is closed - which is big sigh of relief during the pandemic.

It was pretty good. Not super friendly people I'm used to meeting at boba shops.

Gong Cha has mad good reviews and we’re bubble tea addicts so we had to try!! These guys are not cheap about their bubbles. It was the perfect tea to bubble ratio!

Tried the strawberry matcha latte was decent but a little too sweet and artificial tasting. The earl grey milk tea with pudding was delicious 👌 place is clean and fast. Beats Starbucks!

I got the Lemon Ai Yu with White Pearls! Super refreshing. Lemony and a hint of ginger. I usually get the Earl Grey milk tea with bubbles and aloe jelly. Love love love ❤

For sure one of the best bubble tea shops in NJ, if not the best!
Staff is very nice, welcoming and knows all the drinks so they can advise you depending on your mood

Gong Cha is my family's favorite bubble tea brand. We like to try different brands from time to time. Gong Cha is still the best. This location is especially good. The service is good, fast, and quality is reliable.

I freaking love this place! The bubbles are nice and firm and the flavors are good. They also have a wide range of flavors!

A bit of a trek to get there bc of traffic, parking, long line, but it's worth it. All the ingredients are fresh. The employees knows what they're doing. Everything there us delicious. You can't go wrong with anything.

Definitely the best tea shop in the area. I always judge shops by their regular bubble milk tea and I'm really about to come back to get another since I just finished mine real quick. The service was impressively fast and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I just got confused on where the ordering and pick up lines are but I just gotta start reading signs more often. Keep thriving.

Yesterday was my first time here. I have to say that this is a Signature bubble tea shop. The display in the store is very simple but comfortable - clean and tidy compared to other Gong Cha stores in New York. I can feel the enthusiasm of the staff here since I walk into this store. Although they all look like high school or college students, they are very professional compared to most Asian retail stores nearby. I ordered a large cup of Mango green tea with white pearls and basil seeds, and it tasted great. I like the aroma of their green tea. I will definitely be back soon to try their new strawberry series.
