Store is always clean with a nice dressing room to try on clothes (with children who hate trying jeans on). Are the bouncy balls the best deal?

I had not been to Old Navy in years! I just stopped by on a whim before I went into Costco and am glad I did. The styles were great, the staff was helpful and on the ball even though the store was so busy. Took advantage of the sale prices and came away with some great stuff.

Awesome store with lot of fashionable wear for everyday at much cheaper price and reasonably good quality. Only problem is not being organized, you might have search the whole area for a desired size and it won't be available or mixed up elsewhere. Staff is also not aware on where to look for sizes. There is a curbside pickup for easy pickup and the oldnavy app seems to be versatile in picking items from different stores. There is no delivery charges and I think it is better if you know your sizes exactly.

Overall a decent experience at the store. Cashback coupons and other discount options are a big plus.

This store is kept very well organized. They seem to have fewer employees working during peak hours than they should, but that isn't the fault of the employees/manager, that's just how it is in retail. Still one of my favorite old navy stores to browse!

Brought a shirt and it was half price from the sign. The workers Yes you could find one was very helpful by their knowledge of the store. I was impressed and felt great about the time saved from that one gift. My hat off to the company for the training. I'm coming back. Yes a person of color who intends to be a patron of old Navy.

I just love Old Navy clothes for its variety, availability of pure cotton and soft materials and such fashionable style at affordable range. I always find something tempting to buy for its look or price! Keep it up old navy!

Very helpful salespeople. Reasonable prices and frequent sales. I like the fact that they carry smaller sizes, which are hard to find in many other stores.

This is my best place to pick up my youth and children clothes. I always go there if I need anything. It is always affordable to me .

I was late picking up an online order and it was returned but the young lady (cashier 3325072) helped me find the same items in the store ..very impressed with the customer service at this location!
