Animal Hospital At Ethan's Green Inc

I have entrusted them to care for all my fur babies. Recently my 15 year old cat was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. Dr Kelly explained everything and offered options. We were able to maintain her quality of life for close to a year. When it was time to cross the rainbow bridge they were so kind and caring. They made a very difficult time as pleasant as possible. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

The staff is knowledgeable and reasonable with treatments, are easy to get into, and the prices are fair. We have been taking Violet here for 7 years and have only had great experiences. Highly recommend!🐾

I have had 3 dogs, all who have been seen by the doctors at Ethan’s Green over the last probably 19 years. They have given very good advice and care, always friendly. Last year my little dog almost 14 passed away but not before Dr Bob did everything possible to help her and to save me money on going to so many specialists this was on two separate issues. Now, after a year I just got a new puppy and they have taken the time to explain all questions. I wouldn’t think of going elsewhere!

My cat had been a patient at Ethan's Green Animal Hospital her whole life. The care we received was above and beyond anything I could ask for. She was always treated as if she were family. When I had to finally say goodbye to my beloved pet, the entire staff was there as my support system. I was given options when I was sure that options didn't exist. My kitty was shown the utmost respect and my feelings were always honored throughout the process. This animal hospital provides the best experience that a pet and its human family could ever ask for. The folks at Ethans Green are great! The ladies at the front desk have always been very kind and excellent with communication in regards to phone calls and appointments. I have seen all three docs at Ethans Green and have felt very happy with the loving way they dealt with my pets as well as their expert knowledge. The doctors always take time to explain things to me and I usually have a million questions-which they are very happy to answer. I never feel rushed or dismissed. I would highly recommend ethans Green for your pet care!

We just became clients here for our 2 cats. We were very pleased with the patient way they care for our animals. The entire experience was pleasant - even when one of our cats was ill. We were reassured and our cat did well.

Excellent Veterinarians ! We've been bringing our pups here for many years. Whenever we had a concern that needed immediate attention they always found a way to see us asap.

They started out inexpensive and nice the first appointment for my puppies. Then the price jumped much higher than other vets.
The biggest disappointment was when we took our puppies to be neutered/spayed. When we arrived one of the front desk ladies rolled her eyes at us when we asked questions about the procedures.
When we went to pick up our puppies we found out they removed most of our girl’s teeth for “medical reasons” but they never called us to ask for permission and even if they couldn’t do that they never called us to tell us about it. The bill was over $400 just for her teeth. The only person who was kind was the nurse who brought out the puppies after their procedures. The front desk people were very rude and messed up several of our puppies forms.
Highly unprofessional staff, overpriced and do not put the animal’s first. Very disappointed as they were great the first visit.

Avoid this veterinary clinic at all cost.
A stray adopted us, so we took her in to be checked out.
The vet told us that our cat had never been pregnant & that she was not pregnant, & convinced us she needed to be spayed.
After they spayed her, we were told she had an enlarged uterus, & they charged us double what they told us it would cost.
I went online to see what would cause an enlarged uterus (vet did not tell us). Our cat, according to what I read online, was pregnant, but the vet did not tell us. They preformed an abortion on her with out telling us. It was my dad who referred us to this vet & I am really upset with my dad for referring us to this vet. My dad has a dog. Maybe the vet is ok with dogs, but definitely not with cats that need another more than innoculations.

If you care about cats, please avoid this veterinary clinic.

Oh, by the way, after the surgery, they never even once phoned to check on her, even though they promised they would phone.

I will never bring my dogs or pets in this place. Spent hundreds of dollars but NEVER treated my dog. They can’t give you any good result BUT THEY LOVE CHARGING YOU AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN
NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PLACE.
If there is an option of NO star that’s what I would choose but the only way I can post my review here is to put a star !!! This place do not deserve even a single star

Extremely rude and condescending vet “ Dr Kelly.” She lacks professionalism, tone and temperament. I recommend you take your animals somewhere else.
