I refilled my infant's prescription over the phone with the virtual assistant. It was an estimated 45 minutes. I showed up an hour later, and the young lady in the drivethru said it would be another 30/45 minute wait again. Frustrating but understandable, sometimes the automated call system misestimates.
I went back more than an hour later to hopefully make sure they had plenty of time, inside this time. They were down to one girl on staff, about 30 years old. She had the worst attitude I've ever seen on a pharmacist. When I mentioned that I had my sleeping infant in my car, how long I had already waited, and that the other girl already had me wait an hour, all she had to respond with was "well I don't know what to tell you, I'm the only person here" in the rudest voice she could. Rolled her eyes at me and kept walking. I live nearly 25 minutes away, so not only was my lengthy wait extremely inconvenient, but the customer service I received was absolutely disgusting. Walgreens should hold their pharmacy workers to higher standards. Incredibly disappointed in the service I received.

Waited 1hr 45 mins on the phone, all the way until I got to the desk. Then was told another hour because they've been doing vaccines all day...people still need meds. You're a pharmacy first. Currently standing in a long line, at 9pm, after a total of 3 hours, my prescription still isn't even scanned in and it was sent in by my doctor YESTERDAY. Awful service and customer service.

If I could give lower I would. This place NEVER has my medication ready or there. I try calling ahead and they tell me it's there but when I get there my meds aren't ready or ordered. My meds are on a schedule and if I miss days it'll mess up everything.

Very unhelpful, frequently lie about prescriptions being in, getting anything out of them is like pulling teeth.

So they lied to me blaming my insurance for the reason of me not being able to pick up my prescription! When in all actuality, it was due to them not having the medication in stock! If they were honest I could have had the perscripton sent somewhere else and insteadt had to go 3 days without my meds! Never again!

Had a basic question, girl at the desk said she had to ask the pharmacist. Walked to the back counter, answered her question, but wouldn’t entertain any follow up questions. Didn’t acknowledge my existence, and there was no one else in line. I believe there are other pharmacists that work there, but this one didn’t seem to care...very impersonal.
