Richard was thorough in his questions to get to know my past medical history. His bed side manner is top notch. He’s an old school style doctor who listens and doesn’t just try and send you to specialists if it isn’t needed like my last 2 pcps. Time will tell, but he’s the closest I’ve had to my doctor that is very much missed after going into retirement.

Richard Renner and his staff at Salmon Falls Family Care were kind, supportive and compassionate. They listened to all I had to say then thoroughly assessed my symptoms with skill and efficiency. They were professional and knowledgeable and not only provided resolutions for my current illness but started a plan to tackle other health issues once I'm better.
I am very pleased with the care I received, as well as relieved to be addressing other healthcare I will need in the future.

Leah is always amazing, professional and actually takes time to listen, she has helped me with so much I recommend her to everyone. I'm very grateful for her and everything she does for me!

I was running a fever and I was able to schedule my appointment via Teledoc. Leah and her team made it easy to do. Just click a link that they send you minutes before your scheduled appointment and your connected no problem. They made it easy where I was sick I could still see my doctor in the comfort of my own home; with out worrying about getting anybody else sick!

I’ve been at this practice since my last Dr retired over 10 years ago. I’m always called in within 5 minutes of my arrival. They’re aware your time is as precious as their time. I’ve never been left with any unanswered questions or felt rushed. They have several Doctors at this practice. I injured my arm on a Sunday. I called on Monday, letting them know I injured myself. I was able to get an appointment the same day. You also have access to a patient portal with this practice. I get all of my medical information at my fingertips using the patient portal. I would highly recommend Salmon Falls Family Practice to anyone that asked me. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Hoerman is very personable and tells it like it is without beong overbearing or pretentious. I am happy my kids are seeing him again at Salmon Falls after Lilac Pediatrics joined with Goodwin. Goodwin was not a good fit at all.
