Dave Snow - State Farm Insurance Agent

So many positive experiences, I will limit to five, one for each star I am giving them:
1. When there was a hurricane in Texas causing a lot of issues for State Farm Corporate with billing etc, Dave was right there to clear up any issues. He stayed vigilant to making sure things got on track. He made a lot of calls on my behalf over many days...it was impressive.
2. When a deer thought my car looked pretty and ran straight into it, Brian was amazing at making sure everything went through seamlessly...it was a gift during a very stressful time.
3. When I mailed my payment into corporate and it didn't post, Dave and Brian both were on top of making sure that everything went smoothly for me again.
4. When I had a little chip in my windshield (which I didn't think was that big of a deal), Dave was quick about making sure it was taken care of immediately...literally that afternoon.
5. Just going in the office brings a smile....the energy with all the staff is so positive....paying your insurance is not something I do happily, but being around any of the three of them I feel joy...so for an activity that is drudging to do, they make it more enjoyable.

Ok, ive had several insurance companies iny life, bur Dave Snow in Jamestown Ny has the best, friendliest staff ever!!! Marissa, Brian, and Rebbeca are absolutely amazing! I recently had an issue with the State Farm’s mobile app and sent a text with a question about it. Victoria had the issue resolved within 24 hrs! Excellent customer service!

Considering the size of the State Farm corporate world, local agents like Dave keep it personal and connected. I've been a state farm customer since about 1988. While I have used other companies along the way (Progressive, geico), State farm has been my mainstay for Auto and homeowners insurance.

Dave, Victoria, and the rest of the team are amazing! I use to have online insurance and they were never helpful. When I have a question I can call or send in an email and get an answer usually with in an hour. They've helped me save money on car insurance, and always have a way to help. The team is friendly and professional, and the office is just here in downtown Jamestown. Thank you again for your help!

Excellent service! I was able to find a Life insurance policy for myself and my daughter. Dave’s office showed me how to use life insurance for living benefits, not only my own but for my daughters as well.
