After obtaining several estimates for my roof and gutter replacement, we decided to go with Manny. The entire process from estimate to completing of the job was easy. Manny met with me for an estimate, came on time and provided a detail estimate of the work to performed.

Manny, Douglas, and their entire crew were punctual, focused and wasted no time during the work done in my house. The quality of their work is stellar and it was refreshing to see their attention to detail. Everyone who worked on this project was respectful and considerate of our needs when working in our house. I would absolutely recommend Manny and his team to work on any kind of roofing/gutter projects.

After obtaining several quotes from local roofers, I selected Lasting Construction to complete my home's re-roof in Warren. I had a complex roof, several leaks I was dealing with for 2+ years, and needed framing / carpentry work to be redone to rework one window.

I could not be happier with Lasting Construction's efforts throughout this process. They started the job within a week. They spent 5 full days from sun up to sun down at my home, meticulously re-roofing, re-framing, and re-flashing my home. They corrected major issues from the prior work, and worked with me on options. Their prices were fair, and the attention to detail from the crew, especially Manny the owner (who was here every day including Sunday), could not be beat. If you are looking for honest and quality work in a timely manner, you will not be disappointed using Lasting Construction. Manny and his crew are nothing but professional and hard working no matter how big or small the project is. We recently used Lasting Construction for a new roof. We had a major problem with frost in the attic due to bad ventilation, causing mold and some other big issues.
Manny came out right away and really took the time to assess the situation and thoroughly explain our options. His crew was out in no time and finished in a very timely manner making sure everything was cleaned up before they left every night.

We also used Lasting Construction because we were having some water come in through the walls making the paint bubble. Manny knew right away it was a gutter issue. He took the time to explain what should be done and was honest and upfront right from the start and got the job done quickly, resolving the isssue.

I highly reccommend calling Lasting Construction no matter how big or small your project is. Manny is very knowledgable and really takes the time to work with you and figure out the best solution to improve the quality of your home.

Manny and his crew were really great. They did a big job for us that included roofing, carpentry, and masonry: rebuilt our roof (a structural error in the original build caused the roof to partly fail), extended the roofline, added proper venting, insulated our attic, rebuilt our front stairs, and rebuilt our front entry columns.

Fantastic job, great crew, and Manny is excellent - takes full responsibility, makes sure the work is done really well, has good ideas, has time for questions and explanations. Definitely recommend.

Manny Ramirez and Lasting Construction are the best! They did two roofing jobs for me, one with 5 skylights and one with a copper Yankee gutter. Both times the workmanship was stellar, the work was as promised and the (very competitive) price was as quoted. His crew is reliable and keeps the job site clean. I can't say enough positive things about Manny and Lasting Construction. I almost wish I needed more work so I could hire them again.

Manny and his team saved the day. We got a roof leak and two days later it was fixed. Manny gave us all our options ranging from simply resealing the leaking skylight to replacing all the old skylights for good measure. We went with the later. Price was fair for the quality of the service.

We were in need of roof replacement and he found structural issues that he addressed timely and fair in price. Top notch company! Manny and his crew are reliable, diligent and professional. Highly recommend.

We asked Manny to come check out our roof in the summer of 2022 after a baby bat made its home in the window in our master bathroom. We knew the roof was nearing the end of its life when we purchased our home the previous fall, but we were really trying to extend its time. We had another company come out to quote us, and the gentleman basically told us he would patch the hole to get us by. Manny was up front about the poor condition of our roof and took photos to show us exactly what the issues were. He recommended a full replacement, which was what we opted for. Once they took off the shingles, it was CLEAR that was the right decision. Manny and his guys worked quickly and efficiently, and we are so pleased with our new roof. All told, the cost was what we anticipated it would be. I have already recommended Lasting Construction to five other people, two of whom asked me specifically because they saw the quality of this company's work. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely use Manny and his crew again!

Manny and his team did an excellent job replacing our front stoop! They pivoted when we found something that wasn’t done correctly by a previous mason and completed the job on time as promised. They are an honest and hard working team who we’d highly recommend!

We had a slow leaky roof for about a year now. We did hired someone tried to patch it last year but it didn't last long, again it leaks after heavy rain or major snow. This June after getting a recommendation, we hired Manny and team to fix the roof. We are very happy with them on this project. From estimate and scheduling, my experience is very pleasant. Manny is very responsive. Email generally responded within a hour. The price is fair.

On the day of the work, they show up on time, took out the old / bad shingles, replaced few of the rotted plywood boards, put down the snow and rain guards, replaced all the bad flashing which were not install correctly by the previous roofer, the put on new matching shingles for the area, all with in a day. Since then ,we had couple heavy rains. so far so good. We will use them again for any roofing and siding projects.

Manny and Team was recommended from a neighbor that needed emergency roof repairs and new gutter system last year. Our experience was excellent. From contacting the office to schedule a visit for a quote to the day of installation.

Manny is very knowledgeable and highly engaged in his business, answering my questions and concerns with care.

After approving the proposal for a new gutter system including Leaf Tech gutter guard, the team's communication was excellent regarding the date installation.

The day of install he and his team were on time and efficient finishing the job quickly.

Manny and his crew of dedicated, hardworking pros completed my job efficiently, completely and cost effectively. The crew left our yard surrounding the house spotless. Can't say enough.

Manny and his team did a great job. On time, neat, friendly and all around a great experience. Manny came back after the work was completed to answer a couple of questions on a couple of things and he got right up on the roof to make sure everything was done correctly. Would highly recommend him!

Update:
Lasting Construction came in to fix the issue right before the last snow storm in March - Wonderful! Hard work and nice job.

Lasting Construction did good job on the roof area they worked on but they missed out part of the leaking roof area that we initially asked them to estimated on. So after spent a lot of money the roof leaking problem in that general area is still not 100% fixed. Trying to contact them but no response. Satisfied on the work they did but very disappointed on their misjudgment on the leaking issue and how they handled the customer service request.

I had a leak coming through my roof, down through my attic and into the kitchen cabinets. Manny was quick to reply and provided a fair estimate for replacement of flashing around 3 roof vents. The work was done thoroughly, and there is no leaking after several recent rainstorms we've had.

Going to start with the headline: Working with Manny and Lasting Construction was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Period. Manny guided us through a new roof and new siding. Everything along the way was on-time, on-budget, incredibly respectful, and last but not least, amazingly done. Lasting Construction is the company that you thought didn't exist. The quality of the work blew us away. They completely transformed the look of our house and when we were finished I told Manny that I wished that I had another house to redo - it was that positive. Manny and team arrived every day without fail and cleaned up every day before they left. Bottom line: They are incredibly good at what they do. Honest. Artistic. Hard working. They want it to be right. Highly recommend.

My house was re-sided by them last week. The crew were on time and came every day except Sunday. They have good skills and replaced the rotted wood before putting the vinyl siding on. They were able to cut off a part of the deck floor to fix the rotting issues behind it. When I told the crew to revise something , they were willing to fix it.

The manager Manny is knowledgeable and easy to communicate. When he first looked at my rotting issues, he came up with a sound plan. His quote is very reasonable compared to the market price. He is also trustworthy and did not make empty promises.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the project.
