Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in on a busy friday night with a line out the door. Nonetheless, the customer service was on point! They served me my food kindly and efficiently. At the end, I was charged incorrectly, but they handled the situation very professionally. Food was also excellent. Will be coming back!

Went there mid lunch rush. My mobile order had gotten stolen along with two other customers. The staff was very understanding and did their best to get our food out quickly despite the long line in the lobby. Props to them for handling the situation professionally. Food was still delicious considering the time crunch.

i find these reviews harsh… most of them are stupid customer complaints that all service workers experience. the food here is mostly good, and it’s always clean.

Awesome huge burrito, fresh taste, nice and hot, even though I took it to go. Stayed wrapped the whole time I was eating it, that's a ++. Check them out if you like big burritos, or large bowls.

this chipotle has a lot of negative reviews, but honestly, I found it great! the space was clean. There was friendly staff, though my burrito was not wrapped tight enough and did fall apart.

Never had a problem here. I usually order ahead online or on the app.
Food is consistent. Service is good the few times I've interacted with the staff.

The lines can be a bit long at times but the trick is to enjoy it while Marist is not in session. The employees are friendly and the food is always excellent.

Big Chipotle fan here, the food and service was great! First time visiting this location and will definitely come back. They were out of chips and ice but that didn’t bother me at all.
The place was also clean and lots of open tables to sit outside.

I've been to many Chipotles, this location is way better than the reviews give it.

A healthier fast food, I was served quickly, staff was professional, food tasted good.

Edit 5/24: From 2 stars to 5 stars. Friendly service like the first time I went, but they were not out of everything this time; also everything was cleaner, and organized much better. Impressed with the improvement.
Previous review: Extremely limited availability of items the day we went. No burritos at Chipotle! I will give it another chance because I like the location, and the service was friendly.

I was here for lunch around 1:30ish. Food was great, staff was kind, and there was efficiency in the preparation. I know they just opened up recently so that might be why there could be certain bad reviews but they have definitely improved and I was impressed. I will be back soon!

damn !! girl that made our bowls was so fast i blinked and then it was time to pay. literally a guac warrior. insane service. in the good way. she was a literally chipotle veteran. was in and out of that bih in two minutes

This place always has amazing food whenever I go here. Some people forget that this store just opened so everyone will not be in 100 percent rhythm yet. I'm glad to have two burritos spots next to me now.

Go there several times a week for lunch or dinner usually get a bowl very filling and customizable

Great vibes. Zach, Steven, and Mel had great vibes at 9:30 on a Saturday night. Music in the back was also fire.

Zack, Steven, and Mel gave the most excellent service I’ve ever received at a Chipotle. Great vibes and great music.

This place is fire and is next to shop rite. Also you get good chips and food. You should eat here and not salsa fresco. Salsa fresco is dukey and taste like yuck.

They were nice! Don’t know why it’s rated 2 stars 😅

Ordered 3 tacos. Meat was fresh. Was the best ones I’ve had so far!
