Ocean State Job Lot

OK, you got me. I am definitely a bargain shopper. I don’t usually go out of my way to go to Ocean State Job Lot but if I’m in the area, I do stop in. I assume that most of their merchandise are closeouts from other places, so you can find interesting things. I like that they often have health food brands at steeply discounted prices. The bathroom is quite clean.

For unusual fines to stock your international, Pantry, Ocean State Job Lot is one of my go-to shops in the area. The staff is generally very helpful and pleasant to work with. The in-store “crazy deals “are more limited, but join the community and shop online for some of those absolute best values.

Ocean State Job Lot is a store our family frequents regularly, but the Bristol store has an exceptional staff. Friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Great job!

I like to stock up on my teas here, they have teas I don't see in the other stores.

Neat and organized and inexpensive. They have five dollar wrist watches.

It's a great place to shop. Their vegan foods from around the globe are a particular favorite of mine. Their prices are better than other places for many of my routine purchases. There's a variety of vegan protein powder canisters, all plant based. I love to shop at OCJL every week. Edit: You get 5 stars. I spend too much time searching for the weekly specials and taking up valuable time of the staff. They have been very helpful. Upside of this search is that I find it to be a treasure hunt as new items are always added that I love to check out. the downside is that I feel like a pest, constantly asking for help. Too much time taken up for shopping.

Ocean City Job Lot is a wonderful place to ship to get items that cover daily needs at a great cost. Staff is always very friendly. Two thumbs up. 👍 👍

Always a good find. Good shopping for non-perishables, clothing, gifts, toiletries, stationary. You name it, they probably have it. They have a big section for Red Mill too.

For some reason they always have what I need. One of my favorite stores.

Great store,& prices!

Love this store always treasure to discover. They also are good for our community every holiday season they ask patrons to donate a winter coat, which costs $40, and they give a $40 store credit, which can be spent on future purchases

Great cookies by the registers. The Dare fudge chocolate crème sandwich cookies are out of this world. I’ve only found them at Ocean State Job lot and can’t find them anywhere else so I’m a regular shopper here now.

Good variety of products at good prices. I buy my clothing belts here for $10

Ocean State Job lot is the coolest or I have been in. We shopped there very often for the prices are extremely wonderful. They sell soup 2 nuts. They sell clothing, they sell food, etc, and I mean the whole yards. You cannot beat the prices for what you get.

Excellent sale during Veterans week with 40% off of prices. Store gift card given for the savings so you're paying full price for your items up front. That was OK with me since we visit the 2 stores every time we visit from TN.

Where do I even start? Ocean State Job Lot has stolen my heart. Nothing can compare to the rush I get walking into this store. They have everything I could ever dream of and much more. It is hard to imagine where I would be without Job Lot in my life.

Such friendly helpful staff. Everyone was in good spirits even in this heatwave and very helpful and knowledgeable. Patrick was all smiles and super efficient. I didn’t catch the name of the two women who helped me get the air conditioner into my car but they were amazing also. Great store, great staff, great experience.

New resident to this area and first time visit to the store. Very impressed by the selection, organization, pricing, and friendly sales associates working the checkout. Great job and will be back again.

My favorite store! Jars and canned foods you won't find anywhere else. Lots of gluten free items which I appreciate! Pet food and supplies as well as large assortment of seasonal items at decent prices along with tools, clothes, AC's, fans and area rugs. Let me warn you, it's impossible to go in the store and only buy one thing!
