We recently purchased a gas range from here after ordering the same product from 2 other competitors who could not deliver and install at a predetermined date. Home Depot was a much different experience. The stove arrived and was installed as scheduled. Total time from order to installation, 5 days. Great service!

This store has everything and then some! Helpful attendants, especially in the department of tool rental. Proficiently organized aisles with attractively displayed merchandise. There is a faint scent of saw dust, which lets you know that HomeDepot’s the real deal!

KYLE & TRU helped me out with some paint and supplies they really helped me out alot.....Kyle really know his business when it comes to paint....ask for them to help you....you won't be disappointed TRUST ME....THA KS GUYS!!!!!!

I needed 5/4 pt wood in different lengths for a porch repair. A man named Mike C helped me greatly. Mike measured and cut pieces from the list I had. Most of all I appreciated how kind he was. I work two jobs in retail, and it was really nice to have someone help me and follow through with my list. Thank you. made my day just easier for me.

Hardware store. A large assortment. There is delivery, there are discounts. Large parking lot. Inside the store, there is a toilet! The employees are friendly, helpful.

Just bought four (4ft x 8ft ) Faux Brick Wall Panels for my room. They look so realistic, even the texture & color is on point. I'm very happy and pleased with my purchase & the customer service i experienced; Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this Home Depot!

Big box stores, giant corporations, they are hard to get that hometown feel from. However, this location has a great mix of locals working there. Conscious young people, knowledgeable crew of retired tradesman giving you good suggestions. I love shopping local, supporting small business. I support this location because I want this store to be the best performer so these good local people have jobs indefinitely. .

Love the Home Depot. Always have anything and everything you could want or need for any type of project or trade you're into. They sell the best name brands, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita etc. Always quick and convenient, fair prices. Would recommend Home Depot to anyone.

This home depot has so much more than other locations.

The fine sand I bought had large stone in it. Material quality was poor, but the staff at customer service and the manager were the most helpful service I have experienced at a Home Depot.

Decent store. Was always well stocked before the pandemic, but store is a little bare on some shelves. Cashiers are always friendly. There buy online pick up in store option takes a lot longer now as well. I had to cancel an order and just go in and get it myself a few weeks ago.

I've been going here more recently. Every time I come here I need a handful of God knows what. They always seem to have it. I never had to wait too long for a register which is a big deal for me. Staff are nice, store is clean, and stocked. Will be returning.

I wasn't familiar with the store as I recently moved to the area from Texas. Dan who works in plumbing helped me with my tub faucet issue and then showed me where to find the plexiglass and a vent hose and several other items on my list. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Great customer service. Thank you Dan.

The manager at Poughkeepsie Home Depot Gerold …was amazing to work with … I had a big issue with a delivery … he fixed the issue and compensated for the problem… thank you for the help and not blowing me off … I will be back to ordering from them

A Home Depot is a Home Depot as far as what you need. The staff on the other hand can vary. Jason, Jerry and Dave were all super helpful and with my Mom with regards to carpet selection, install dates, what to select and the best way to do what she wanted to do with carpet at her new place. I will update this further one installed but the managerial staff and the guys in charge of the carpet department were knowledgeable, friendly and great at what they did. Thank you to all of them!

They are always friendly and helpful. If you ever need something and they don't have it they can order it.
