I’m going to soon change the furniture of my entire home, cuz I’ve finally found a furniture company that carries hi-end furniture at better prices than the discount outlets… and Pupul at their Paramus location is a dream to work with… such personalized service with a contagious smile… she’s literally an interior designer, the way she matched all the accents to go with my new mindblowing living room… can’t wait to throw my first party :)

Our sales person, Nicole, was excellent. She was very patient and answered ALL of our questions. There were many great pieces to choose from. What’s best is that we will get our sofa bed within 5 days. Our experience was great and we totally recommend this store. One more thing, we were greeted immediately as we entered the store and not hounded as we browse around the showroom.

I have been frequenting Jennifer Furniture for years now, and I have never left unhappy. I have been helped by both Christine and Shawn in the old store, and they have always been so helpful. For this reason, I decided to visit the new location in search of furniture for my new apartment. Let me start of by saying the new store is lovely, and the atmosphere is very laid back. Christine and Shawn greeted me as i entered and allowed me to browse the showroom. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, but if I had any questions they were more than happy to provide answers, with a smile. I ended up really liking the everyday sleeper, and Shawn picked up on that immediately. I ended up getting a great deal on it in the color i wanted, with fabric protection and delivery. The whole process was painless due to their commitment to the customer and their professionalism. Overall a great store with a great selection of furniture staffed by even better employees. You can believe ill be back again soon!

Outstanding customer service by Eyra in Paramus! We shopped at least 20 different furniture stores and she was the only person who helped us find what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as incredibly patient while we looked at fabrics in every kind of light. Eyra went above and beyond in every way! Customer service like this is a rarity especially in current times. Truly appreciate the outstanding experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were searching for new furniture for our home and Arnaldo was very helpful finding us what we need. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Shawn the manager was professional and helpful assisting us with our order and treated us like family. Delivery was on time and furniture came in great condition. My first experience at Jennifer’s was at the now closed Middle Village location in Queens, NY and it was AWFUL. However, my husband and I decided to drive over to this location after purchasing our first home in NJ. Our sales associate was Christine and she’s truly one of a kind and has restored our faith in the company. She was absolutely delightful, extremely knowledgeable and spent HOURS with us selecting custom fabric for our new sofa. I cannot stress enough how great the service was and highly recommend working with Christine and we will be back for future pieces.

I was very happy with the service I received from both Nicole and Kurt from the Paramus Jennifer Furniture store. I bought a sectional couch from Kurt who was so helpful and knowledgeable about the kind of sectional I was looking to purchase. He made the purchase easy which I really appreciated. Because of Covid, I had to wait 5 months to receive the sectional. I had a little bit of an issue with the delivery but when I went to the store to talk to Nicole, she couldn't have been more helpful to me. She was able to solve the problem quickly and professionally. I really appreciated her sense of urgency with my issue. I love my sectional!

Just purchased my 3rd sofa from them. Nicole was terrific and PC was our furniture Angel. Jennifer’s is really the best for sofa sleepers. I highly recommend them.
