Extremely impressed with the entire process of working with Mandell's! From having someone reach out to confirm the details with me, checking insurance coverage for me and answering questions without wait times when calling truly felt like a personalized experience. I needed the delivery date adjusted last minute and it was a quick and easy phone call and the medication was overnighted for the next day. The medication came with a note from the pharmacy and instructions. Service like this is unheard of these days and I would highly recommend working with Mandell's!

First time using Mandell's and was extremely impressed by the quality and attention to detailed. They truly care that your fertility treatment goes smoothly providing great resources to help you and packaged all my medications with great care!

This is my first time using Mandells, they were recommended to me by my doctor. I was unsure of how things would work with my prescription and the person I talked to on the phone was so amazing and comforting. I felt like my concerns were heard and understood. They gave me a price quote for everything and explained how my insurance would work. Honestly, this was the easiest company I’ve ever used, medical and insurance is always a nightmare but not here. They also kept me up to date on my prescription via my email which was so nice. My prescription was shipped on time.

Mandell’s has been a pleasure to work with these past few months that I’ve been receiving fertility medications in the mail. Every person I have talked with over the phone has been extremely kind & professional! They are very thorough & make sure they’ve answered all my questions & verified the insurance, payment & shipping process. Also the first time I received my meds, it really meant a lot to me to read the owners’ personal story & it was such a nice touch to include Hershey kisses, it brightened up my day. I can not say enough amazing things about Mandell’s! They answered all my questions extremely quickly. My phone calls were answered within a couple minutes. My medications arrived extremely fast (the next day). When I had to order more medication at the last second, they got my order confirmed 20 mins after placing my refill and my order arrived the next morning by 10am. This was all right before a holiday. I was so impressed. When you are going through something as stressful as IVF this is the type of place you want to order your medication from. They completely take the stress out of it!

The IVF process is not easy and I ended up having a massive allergic reaction to my meds. They were able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend. I've dealt with them for two fertility cycles now and they have always been very helpful. They're quick to respond, it's easy and efficient. I have no complaints! On my first IVF cycle they were also very helpful with the meds when my clinic wasn't open. Definitely recommend!

Mandell’s has gotten my medication to me without flaw each time I ordered from them. Fertility treatments are very time sensitive, and they keep you updated every step of the way and have staff there to answer any questions. I will always use them as my go-to pharmacy.

Mandell’s was the easiest and smoothest part of the fertility journey so far. The communication was great and all questions were answered perfectly. The staff was helpful and so genuine, it feels like they’re really there for you. Their timing was impeccable with medication shipments. I will definitely use Mandell’s in the future. Getting my medication from them was the most seamless and stress free thing I’ve done so far on this fertility rollercoaster.

Absolutely LOVE the service I received. My husband and I are going through our first round of IVF and the clinic we are working with uses Mandell's pharmacy for most of their patients. I think my favorite part of the whole process was the fact that they include a little thing of chocolates. When I opened my package and got overwhelmed by all of the medications the little pack of chocolate just centered me and calmed me. Everything was packed very neatly and any time I have had to call in the staff was kind, patient, and easy to work with.

What a great pharmacy! I was originally supposed to get my IVF meds from Freedom pharmacy but they failed to tell me they didn’t take my insurance. Luckily I called to follow up since they were about to charge me $4,900. Instead I had the meds transferred to Mandells pharmacy and they were able to cover one of my meds since my insurance (horizon omnia) isn’t the best, but gave a discount on the rest of the medications. My total was $2,279. What a difference! And not to mention everyone I spoke with was so nice and super helpful with all my questions. Especially the lovely girl in the prior authorization department! I wish I got her name! She made this process so easy! She is definitely an asset to the company. But if you are going through the IVF journey please use Mandell’s! You won’t regret it!

Mandell's is super easy to work with! Every phone call was answered promptly by friendly and reassuring staff. They were able to process a last minute refill right at their cutoff time and my meds were always delivered on time and accurately.

Everyone I’ve spoken to at Mandell’s has been incredibly helpful and accommodating every time. I have yet to have a bad experience. I spoke to Cheyenne (spelling could be wrong) on Monday and in addition to providing prompt and excellent customer service, she noticed it was my birthday and wished me a very sweet happy birthday - this woman deserves a raise ;)

We had a wonderful experience using Mandell's Clinical Pharmacy for our fertility medications. Each person we spoke to was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. The pricing was incredible, we saved several hundreds of dollars by using this pharmacy which is important as we are paying out of pocket. Our medications were shipped overnight and the order was spot on with no medications missing. We highly recommend using this pharmacy for all of your fertility needs.

I’ve been using Mandell’s for a few months now. Every person I’ve talked to has been super helpful and friendly. I also appreciate how quick they are to respond, whether you’re a new client or simply need something overnight and you happen to be states away. They even include a nice letter to say thank you and good luck with whatever challenge you’re facing. I wish this pharmacy was local because I wouldn’t go through anyone else. Great job Mandell’s!

They will call you for everything to make sure with your approval and stuff.
They have the kindest and happiest staff in the pharmacy.

They all are the best in service but Erica is the bestest one to talk and handle the situation.

I had to hop on here and give my 5 star review today! This is my first round of treatment and I was super nervous to order my prescription from a pharmacy so far away since most of my meds will need to be on ice and then refrigerated upon arrival. I spoke with the representative yesterday late afternoon in NJ and my package was at my door in TX by 24 hours in a cooler and with ice packs surrounding my medication. Everything was kept cool the whole transition, packaged nicely and nothing was damaged.i am very satisfied and am leaving this review for all of you ladies going through treatment. Would definitely use them again if needed! Thank you mandells & staff you are all such angels 💗
