What a great experience. Liam showed up ready to get to work. He was very respectful, professional and extremely communicative. I was thankful a diagnosis was immediately given with options to remedy such. Liam advised an estimate will be drawn up to pressure test and whatever else maybe be needed to bring my unit back to 100%. Liam is the epitome of what someone providing a service should be. Your company is lucky to have him as an employee!!!

Neil and his crew are not only extremely responsive but are extremely knowledgeable. My last need of them was at 9pm and they had someone come out and fix the problem in 10 minutes. I recommend them 100%.

Two technicians from Neil Slattery did great work at our home and my daughter's today. Technician Ryan Dalton skillfully reattached our washer and dryer in the basement - a very knowledgeable, professional, and personable guy. Technician Liam Pringle opened up the airconditioning system for the summer at our house and then met me at my daughter's home to do the same. Liam explained the process and how we can be proactive and keep the system cleaner and operating better. Liam has done work in both houses before - again, knowledgeable, professional and very personable. We are confident with work performed by Neil Slattery's staff and have recommended this company to neighbors.

Woke up the other morning to no heat in the house and called Neil Slattery Plumbing. They were here in less than an hour. Liam diagnosed the issue snd replaced a part on my furnace. Heat is up and working again. I thought the service was excellent and that the cost of the job was fair and reasonable.

Neil Slattery has always been my go to guy for Heating and cooling my furnace went out on a Saturday and I called him he came out the same night and had me up and running.
