I called Friday night a little after 10 PM looking for assistance with a condo I rent out. My tenant called stating she had no water. I told the dispatcher that it wasn't an emergency and hoping someone could come out sometime over the weekend. I received a call just before 9 AM Saturday morning that they were on their way!! Less than 12 hours later on a weekend!! Highly Recommend. Thank You

Vinnie was incredibly unresponsive to our requests for an appointment. He told us to call his office for an appointment, which we did many times and no one ever picked up the phone or called us back after leaving a ton of messages.
We called Vinnie on his cell phone but he said the best way to get service was through his office. Good luck with that!

I call for the service for installing a re-circulation circulation pump but he said he is so busy. He scheduled my appointment a month from the day I called for the service. I think it is alright if they can do the work right. Unfortunately, he did not show up and refuse to accept the call afterward. I never met such irresponsible person before. I won't suggest anyone use their service.

Left a message on the VM. Called back and was very rude. Asked how he was getting paid. When I advised that he then said nope, and gave me an astronomical amount just to dispatch. Needs to learn business etiquette.
