Quad Two Residence

Quiet and beautifully maintained

I give credit to the staff and RAs at the Quads for trying their best. Maintenance is always quick to respond to plumbing and electrical issues, and bathrooms are cleaned fairly often. Internet also is very fast with ethernet ports in all rooms and wifi extenders in every other room. It is within walking distance to classrooms, dining hall, bus stop and gym.

However the Quads still have many cons:
- No air conditioning
- No way to control heating in rooms
- No functioning kitchens
- Not enough space to park bike in bike racks
- Not quite at night due to parties
- Can hear noise through walls and ceilings
- Laundry and common area can be far away
- Common area has no equipment/broken
- Public bathrooms can be hard sharing
- Unmaintained sidewalks
- Dirt/hair on the floor in rooms
- Layers of dust on all furniture
- Some rooms have very small windows
- It was built in the 60s
- Ceiling has asbestos still in it

The only reason to dorm there is for the college dorm experience. Certainly not for the amenities.
