Justin's Barbershop Matawan

We go to the matawan location and My son is on the autism spectrum and I cannot say enough good things about this barbershop. My son has a hard time with haircuts and everyone in there is amazing with him and they take their time, they are patient and understanding and just overall amazing if you ever go anywhere for a haircuts I highly recommend this barbershop!

Took my son here for the first time today. The fade and cut were superb. I love that they offer online booking and are open on Sundays! I was extremely grateful the barber stayed later to accommodate us last minute. My son was very happy and said the barber made him feel very comfortable and welcome. We will be returning!

Big and clean space… I wanted to do skin fade and spikes Natalie gave me an amazing hair cut I really liked it…. Natalie has an 13 year experience in salon industry…

I just wanted to shout out the haircut my son and I just got here. My son had a mini meltdown while he got his haircut and the woman that cut his hair was so patient and understanding. And she still had to cut my hair! Very grateful for them being so cool.

I needed a last minute cut, googled around and found this place. Got an appointment, came in and got an excellent cut by Manny. He listened to what I wanted, had a great conversation and cut my hair perfectly.

Well worth the 20 min drive, definitely heading back in a few weeks!

Another reviewer mentioned the "new guy" below. The new guy is on his way to seasoned veteran. I've had two appointments with Dennis and they were both great. He's highly professional, easygoing, and gave me a clean, awesome cut in great time. Props to Justin's for training and supporting such great staff. Will always come here for my haircuts.

I had a great experience. A great barbershop, brand new, comfortable atmosphere, very professional . I brought my dad and son. We all got haircuts and were very satisfied and definitely will be back!!! I already have recommended all my friends and family to Justin’s. A great addition to the area!!!!!!

I brought my 3 sons in for haircuts today and I can honestly say they are the best cuts they've ever had! I never post reviews but wanted to share with everyone what a great experience we had. We will absolutely be back again soon!

The shop is conveniently located just of of Route 516 and Route 34 in Matawan NJ.
While not a fancy shop, it is clean.
The cutter I used was JC. He's a really nice guy. Pleasant to talk to and a good cutter. He listens to what you want and then cuts your hair.
If you're a person that prefers one of the really fancy spa-type salons, then I don't recommend this place. If you want a good place to get your hair cut, then this is the place!

Today was my 1st time at Justin's, due to scheduling conflicts I had to bring my 2yr old son with me. Not only did I receive a great haircut from Nahim, but everyone else was great with my son!!! He sat and played with his toys and talked to everyone. Can't say enough nice things about the staff!! Will definitely be returning as a regular!!

I've been going to the this shop for a long time. The service is amazing and the barber does a great job every time. The shop is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good haircut and good people to hang out with.

Justin’s barbershop was a great experience for me. The place was clean, the staff was professional and the haircut was top notch! I went in the week before New Years and I will definitely be going back for my next haircut.

Just got back from Justin’s Barbershop and have to let you know that THIS is the place to go! They were WONDERFUL with my 2.5 year old! They had balloons, lollipops, and even let him choose the cape that he wanted to wear (jungle animals or Disney) Joey did the cut and was great with my son too! We will be back soon!!!! Also have to mention that the place is VERY clean, which is important to me, so I was very happy! 😀

Nahim is an excellent barber and was always consistent with his cuts and was very personable. He always takes care of me and keeps the fade fresh. Can’t beat the prices either, $25 for a mens cut.

All 3 of my boys get haircuts here. The 2 older ones also get they're beards done. They are 14, 20 and 30 years. They love it here and I have to admit that they look amazing when done. Best place ever.

My husband went in for a cut based on a friend's recommendation and really enjoyed his experience, and got the exact cut he wanted. Loved the décor, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming! We highly recommend and my husband will be back for sure!
