Prep Coffee is an absolute gem of a coffee shop! The pastries and bagels are a work of art, freshly made and bursting with flavor, making each visit a delightful experience. They make everything in house EVERY MORNING! And let's talk about the coffee - it's simply outstanding, perfectly brewed and always hits the spot. They have some incredible bakers and baristas who are constantly thinking of new things and every time I come in there are new items available with locally sourced ingredients! Love it here! Seriously an absolute gem of a small business!

My husband just moved here from Australia and we have been on the hunt for a good coffee spot since leaving NYC in NJ and we finally found it ! Prep coffee is not only clean ,and cozy inside but the coffee, food and pastries are some of the best we ever had out of a coffee shop! Nick and the staff that work with him at the shop are so personable every time we come in. Sebastian’s food and shop is truly the best NJ has to offer thus far !

I can’t believe I just discovered this coffee shop. BUT so glad I did. The place is a great little quiet shop where you can take your laptop and work from. Staff is super friendly. Coffee one of the best in the area. Because it was Easter time I got the Easter Peep Coffee (cute idea). Coffee though was super tasty. Didn’t have the after taste from Dunkin or Starbucks. Highly recommend a visit.

I love prep! I come in almost every day before work for a drink and a sandwich. The staff is always friendly and bring me my food even when I could easily get it myself. The iced coconut matcha is the best! A little expensive but worth it.

Variety of drink options. Great coffees and chais. I've had the Cali burrito, the Jersey burrito, the burrata avocado toast, and the BLT. Cali burrito is good and there's an option to get it spicy, which is my personal favorite. The toasts all come with stuff on top, so I recommend eating them with a fork and knife and not to try and eat them like you would a sandwich. Atmosphere in the place is great. Big windows, bright. Music is low enough that you can have a conversation. They offer takeout, but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee/breakfast.

I used to be a regular at the red bank location and I use to love it until it closed. I came here because I missed the coffee and it was better than the amazing red bank location. Love this place, amazing coffee, amazing pastries and such sweet staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Great coffee and food. Their coffee doesn't have that burnt taste that a lot of shops have and their flavored lattes are delicious and not overly sugary. The jersey burrito and egg and cheese sandwich are delicious. Favorite coffee shop in the area.

It's always a great place to visit. Coffee is wonderful, and the food is great. Recently, the blueberry cold latte is my choice. Get a flight to try a few and find your favorite

Everything we got was delicious and in small portions. The coffee is freshly roasted for every order they place. The customer service is great. I recommend it very much. I loved the place and I’ll be back. It has great tables for doing some computer work if needed and the bathroom is clean. The decoration is amazing.

Immediately became my favorite coffee spot. Pretty much nails every aspect of a perfect cafe. The nicest staff (family owned too with the cutest little boy), little tables to get some work done, a changing menu of snacks and their famous PB LATTE! Best thing to happen to this town.

10/10!!! This place is absolutely amazing. I paid about $22 for a coffee & a meal which is a little pricey but 100% worth every penny. I tried the avocado toast which was phenomenal & a cold brew which was one of the best cold brews I’ve ever had! I cannot believe I haven’t tried this place sooner. Will definitely be back to try again.

This place blew me away, just had a Burrata toast, and it is the freshest that I’ve ever had by far!! This place is amazing and so is the staff. My compliments to the chef.

The peanut butter latte was absolutely delicious! Usually, I don't get flavored coffees but this drink really exceeded my expectations. The peanut butter flavor is not too overpowering; it is perfectly nuanced and kept me going back for another sip.

Prep coffee is good, just a little pricey. Burrata toast and jersey burrito are really good choices to eat. Their coffees are good as well. Different options that you don't see too often. The zesty orange is one of the better coffee drinks I have had out. Nice seating area and plenty of parking.

What a great place! Zest orange latte is a must try! Wonderful people, friendly, beautiful decor. Everything you want in a coffee shop. Plus, delicious sandwiches and pastries. Yum!

This place is amazing! I’ve been visiting several small coffee shops around the area and this is by far my favorite so far! Me and my boyfriend got a peanut butter iced latte and blueberry iced latte. With one sip, we were blown away by how good this coffee is. The flavors and coffee are the perfect strength. We got a chocolate chip cookie and it was so soft and had a small amount of salt for that awesome salty/sweet ratio. Delicious!

The vibes are chill and modern with a comfy couch and big tables. The baristas were also very friendly too!

Overall 10/10 and I will definitely be going back!
