My family came to the clinic and was blown away. The tech was wonderful. She checked everyone and then had to treat myself and my daughters hair. She explained every step. She also helped us by saving time and money when we got home. I definitely recommend this clinic. Being reassured that we are cleared from lice is a blessing. Thank you again!

Wow! Such amazing staff! Stephanie (manager) and Mai (the tech) were incredibly informative and kind. We were camping when I noticed our 4 year old had the lice in her hair, it threw a huge wrench in our plans. Stephanie texted me to set up an official appointment and worked around our situation. She answered all my questions relating to our specific situation.
We came straight to the clinic from camping, a 5 hour car ride with two babies and a new puppy. Mai was SUCH a sweet heart! She went above and beyond, my 19 month old running around, etc. threw the pillow, blanket and car seat cover my daughter used on the trip in the dryer. I was truly amazed at how easy they made it all! We were able to come home with NO WORRIES!!! Something I thought would takes days and weeks of insane work, was gone thanks to them! I am even planning to go back this week to tip Mai even more then I could at that moment!
We will never ever go elsewhere, god forbid we are to encounter this insanity again! Thanks Stephanie and Mai!

Mariam Q. our technician was awesome! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She put our minds at ease and answered all of our questions. No one wants to have to deal with your family having lice, but it happens. She was very very thorough and patient. She's a great asset to this clinic. Rachel our technician in Wappingers was the BEST!!! First off, she gave my son and I thorough checks and confirmed that we did not have lice. She was more detailed than my son’s doctor, who told me that he had it. She was super gentle with him and really patient (he’s only four). I cannot recommend Rachel and Lice Clinics of America enough. Their facility is super clean and professional. I highly recommend!!!

Calling Lice clinics of America was the best decision we could have made for our family. We have 5 full heads of hair in our household, three of which are long and FULL. I thought I had the infestation under control.. little did I know it was about to begin all over again in my oldest daughter’s hair!!😫 From the appointment setup to the actual treatment, staff was knowledgeable and professional.I am against putting chemicals in our hair and so I was upset when I realized I could have saved time, money, and took a more chemical free approach on my little one, if I had come here sooner. Our specialist, Katherine was awesome!! She turned such a stressful situation into a fun and wonderful experience for our family, thank you 😊 I would recommend anyone and everyone I know to come here straight away!

I cannot say enough about Lice Clinics. We found active lice late in the afternoon over a holiday weekend. Their on-call specialist came in to treat us right away so we could get back to work/daycare the next day. It took a few hours and we left completely lice free. I waited three weeks to write this review and I can honestly say we had NO more lice from the moment we left. Megan was amazing and made the experience easy for my three year old. They also teach you a lot about lice so I left feeling much better prepared to deal with washing bedding, etc. On top of it, as a single working parent, I didn't miss a single day of work or daycare. My daughter went to daycare the next day with proof of treatment and had no problems. It's worth every penny to do it right the first time and be done with lice as soon as you find them. They treat their customers well and I honestly am just so grateful for how accommodating and helpful they were. THANK YOU!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. Mariam was amazing when treating myself and my 5 year old daughter. After struggling with an over the counter product that did NOT work, the frustration and despair was overwhelming, and the relief of being lice free after ONE treatment was amazing. We got an appointment immediately when I called, and after the treatment Mariam gave us clear instruction on how to follow up, and made her self available 7 days a week incase we had any questions, which I did and she answered immediately when I reached out for help, on a Sunday. I signed up for the Lice protection plan - I want to make sure that my family stays lice free for the duration of my daughters school years. THANK YOU!

Omg. I really this place. I originally made an appointment for Saturday but they had a 430 for me today which was great. I never ever had to go to a professional place like this ever. So for it being my first with my 3 year old daughter who was the client today. Mariam Q made her feel comfortable and myself as well. She is the best at what she does. She explained everything to us. She was very king and honest. Thank you Mariam. We appreciate you. She deserves 10 star ⭐.

Mai took care of both of my girls who still had eggs from a lice infestation and she did a phenomenal job! She made them feel comfortable and she took her time to explain everything to me. She was Fantastic!!!

Christy was amazing! We showed up a little early and she was there ready and waiting for us! She entertained a family of 5 on her own for an hour before her help was scheduled. She explained all of the process so we could know what to expect and she was very warm, welcoming and a perfect fit with our family. Megan and Marissa arrived to join the party and that's what it felt like, socializing with friends. All 3 of them had us feeling like it was a day at the spa and eased all of our tensions. They were extremely thorough and made a headache of an experience into something pleasant. I would highly recommend your service to any other parent at their wits end with these parasites. I'm sure the entire staff is as genuine and friendly as Christy, Megan and Marissa but I highly recommend the 3 of them personally.

We went back for our recheck and all clear! In addition, while we were there my kids told me Christy was like someone we'd hang out with had we met her under different circumstances! Thanks again, I actually told the school nurse if anyone else has issues getting rid of these buggies to call you guys!

Okay, so no one wants to have lice or nits, right? It’s seriously the worst ever because you are overwhelmed and itchy and embarrassed. And then you have to choose what over-the-counter treatment *might* work but will it? And are you doing it correctly? And the over the counter stuff kills the lice *maybe* but not the nits and the nits are just lice waiting to be lice. You’d just shave everyone’s heads and move to a new house and start over but the housing market is insane…OR go to Lice Clinics of America.
We went to the Lice Clinics of America in Wappingers and Stephanie was AMAZING. First, we were able to be scheduled super fast. We discovered nits, made the call and were seen within 24 hours. Amazing! Stephanie thoroughly checked everyone in our family - even the one with the crazy curly hair! One of our family members needed a treatment but it was no biggy. That person was treated with respect and dignity. The entire process was explained to them and to us which helped us all feel empowered and informed. The person being treated was offered snacks and given the remote to the TV! The rules is the one being treated gets to choose what you watch! I was even offered coffee! It was like a spa day! The process we chose included a comb through, the Lice Clinic patented air treatment (kills lice AND nits! Kills the nits, people!), as well as a dimethecone treatment which we washed out at home. The treatment we received comes with a guarantee but we opted to purchase an extended guarantee as well.
I feel confident in the treatment we received at Lice Clinic of America in Wappingers Falls. Stephanie was professional and thorough. She even followed up the next day to check on us! What?! Amazing!

10/10, lice don't have a chance. Swift response and professional. Mai Tran was the tech and she is absolutely lovely and explained everything she was doing. Discovering lice can be such a stressful time but she was very reassuring and extremely thorough. I hope to never use this service again, but on the chance I have to, I will be using this service again.

I contacted Lice Clinics in a panic after my attempt to treat my daughter’s lice at home did not work and resulted in a recurrence a few weeks later. I am so glad I did. I cannot say enough about how professional and accommodating this business and its employees are. We had an appointment set up within minutes of my initial email to them. At our appointment, the staff were extremely informative and did not attempt to oversell me any products or services. They answered all of my questions and helped me understand exactly what I needed to do at home to prevent lice from coming back. My daughter and I both left relieved and lice free. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is going through the stress of lice.

i really can’t express the appreciation I have for this place. I was mortified when I saw a bug in my 7yr olds hair. I went out and bought a very expensive treatment(which did not work) I was up all night researching and found this place. I left my number at 2am and by 7am I received a text and made an appt for 10:30. Marisa was WONDERFUL! She made my daughter and I feel at ease and was so polite. She did an amazing job, took her time and I can’t compliment her enough. I’m so greatful this place existed. You never think about lice until it becomes a problem. Thank you Marisa!

Realizing your three daughters have lice does not make for a fun day but the helpful staff at LCA made sure we were seen the right away. Mai was absolutely phenomenal with my six year olds who were equal parts terrified and upset. She put them and my husband and I at ease right away and made what could have been a terrible, traumatizing process, easy to deal with. She kept our girls talking all throughout which distracted their focus from fear to everyday things. I cannot say enough about the level of service, professionalism and compassion Mai displayed and I would whole-heartedly recommend her services to anyone looking for quick and easy lice removal. She was amazing!

Best experience I had in a while. Miriam was very polite, patient and educated my family and I about lice. My children anxiety was at 100 however she managed to keep them cool, answer their questions and corrected them when they were misinformed. I definitely recommend this location and ask for Miriam.

We had been dealing with lice for a few months. I finally gave up and made an appointment, they were quick to get back to me for a time to come in. Mai was amazing and made us feel comfortable. She handled all 3 of us in a short amount of time and gave us instructions on how to avoid them. I know it goes around school and kids will get them but they are such a hassle. I Thank God I found this clinic... Unfortunately this is my second time in 8 months, but no panic this time, with my granddaughter.. Just knowing I had somewhere to go, and hour and a half later bug free... Marissa was fantastic, I had Meghan last time and she was fantastic. They did everything to make what is a bad experience good...I HIGHLY recommend anyone with children to keep the clinic number...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON OVER THE COUNTER PRODUCTS... THEY DO NOT WORK, believe me when I tell you it's a waste of money, with no result. Just spend that money at the clinic and walk away knowing it's completely taken care of..

I was able to get a same day appointment for all 4 members of our household. The experience was great, the technician made an awkward situation very comfortable for us. We did the Airalle Treatment & while pricey, I felt it was worth the peace of mind (guarantee) that comes along with the cost. I did not want to buy several OTC products, comb out everyone's hair for days, change bed sheets everyday & still wonder if I got everything.
